Complete refusal to accept returns. Saying that items purchased prior Christmas clearly as present cannot be returned in January. What a ridiculous policy. Bunch of crooks, be aware.

Had an issue with an order over the Christmas New Year time and it got resolved fairly quick massive thanks to Lataysia an the team 🙂

We recently had an issue with an order, and we’re absolutely blown away by how quickly and efficiently Jasmine and the entire Honey Bridgette team resolved it. We contacted them late on a Monday evening, around 9:00 PM, and to our surprise, we received a replacement order confirmation within just 20 minutes. Even more impressive, the replacement item arrived by Wednesday—talk about speedy and reliable service!

Horrible customer service. No exchange capability just returns....contacting them just gets copy and pasted emails

We had an issue with the courier delivery during the Xmas / New Year break resulting in a couple of missing deliveries.

Robyn at HB was an absolute superstar; picked up the issue with the couriers and resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction.

We were kept informed at all times and everything was resolved brilliantly. Thank you Robyn you're ace!

The team are so incredibly helpful, and in this instance (a faulty item) Sasha was AMAZING, so helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated her taking the time to help me with an order :)

Purchased 2 items during the sale, one was refunded sadly as it had sold out. Purchased a replacement. Both arrived super quick! Now, both items too big, returns system wasn't working properly but the 3 ladies i spoke with on the chat were AMAZING! New items ordered/replaced so can't wait for their arrival now!

Bambi was super helpful and responded to my query quickly! One of the items I had ordered was refunded due to being out of stock but as I was between sizes, Bambi was able to help me get a different size.

I contacted support for a couple of items and Bambi was an incredible help. Either outcome I would have still giving Bambi 5 stars satisfaction

I purchased an item from Honey Birdette and it was not working as intended. Jasmine’s great customer service skills made my experience with the brand one I will never forgot. Her quick replies and solution to my problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks again Jasmine!

The order arrived and smelled horrible. Like a rancid fish odor. We returned the items for a refund but instead they exchanged them and shipped back to us as slowly as possible. That new package arrived and smells just as bad as the first. The warehouse must share space with a fish processing plant. Now trying our second attempt at a refund.

Update: 1/13/25 Finally got our refund thanks to this TrustPilot review. Honey Birdette wasn't responding to my emails until I posted this. My rating remains a 1 star since they charge premium prices for a third-rate experience and did absolutely nothing to address the original problem of the rancid fish odor when they sent the items a second time. I genuinely found it both offensive and insulting! These were supposed to be nice gifts for my wife but instead her nostrils were assaulted by a horrific smell... Twice. Then she had to take time out of her busy day as a career woman and mother to return these items... Twice. I'm getting more upset as recall our entire experience. Here I am stuck overseas and trying to do something really nice for my wife and she has to go through all that.

Lily from HB asked me to update the review so here is the update. Thanks for the refund, Lily but its too little too late. I'm glad this two month headache is finally over and I can forget all about Honey Birdette.

I made a mistake while processing my order, and hopped on the chat to see what could be done. Bambi responded within seconds and once she had my details, she fixed my problem on the spot. Brilliant service and particularly given it was my own error! Thanks lovely, so nice to chat with you and thankyou for making the process so stress free <3

Ordered a Christmas present which was a little off size - Megan talked me through the exchange and then, after I feared the return parcel had been eaten by the postal service during the confusing time limbo between Christmas and New Year, Sasha expedited the processing of the exchange product. Both ladies gave the top tier customer service that HB should be famous for, they’re each an entire galaxy of stars.

I am blown away with the exceptional service I received dealing with Bambi. There was a mix up with my order, what I ordered was different to what I received. That’s okay these can happen. I was so worried. After chatting with Bambi the issue was resolved quickly and so effortlessly for me. I was so relived and so impressed with Bambi’s service and willingness to help. Thank you Bambi. I am about to place my next order. ❤️

Heather was very helpful with the exchange of a Christmas gift for a smaller size. It was purchased during Black Friday sales so wasn't eligible for return, but they made a one off exception given the situation which was really nice. She did everything to create the exchange, all i need to do is drop this one off at the post office, and the smaller bra will be coming to me shortly. We love Honey B so great to see they value their customers.

I had a problem with one of the products and needed assistance with the warranty, Sasha was amazing in helping with replying to my emails and getting back to me quickly even with the busy holiday period. I would definitely recommend the products and the service to any and everyone.

*Update*

HB have reached out after, I hope, someone just had a bad day at the office and provided less than stellar customer service. They have made strives to rectify the bad customer service by actually reading my complaint and initiating some changes. They even offered a small token of compensation, which was above and beyond (I did not ask for it). Thanks for your help Lily. Much better job than the first person I interacted with. 4 stars as I still think there's room for improvement in some aspects of quality and design that are not up to your usual high standards.

I’m obsessed with HB goodies! They help amplify and enhance the look of my assets. Absolutely adorable 🥰 Customer service is also top notch excellent. Shout out to Heather who facilitated my purchase in the busy end of year season ❤️
