I had a bit of a muck up with my order. I contacted HB and Danielle was absolutely amazing. Quick to respond and had everything sorted very fast. Great customer service thank you 🙏

I received a text message offering $50 off any full price item as long as it is used within the next 7 days. I thought this was a pretty great deal, so I logged on to HB, and started shopping! I found exactly what I wanted, and was so excited to use my discount. As I was moving through adding in all my personal info., for some reason I couldn’t get my discount code to be accepted. Out of frustration, I gave up and just paid full price for everything. After the sale was final, I felt defeated and wondered if the text message was accurate. I contemplated reaching out to Customer Service, because I figured no one would believe me.
I decided to reach out anyway, and ask if my $50 discount could still be applied even though I already checked out. Maybe they could just reimburse me $50? VERA, from Customer Service, emailed me back right away after I sent her proof of my purchase and a screenshot of my text message.
I received my $50 reimbursement the very next day! Thank you VERA!
I am only shopping for my lingerie at Honey Birdette from now on! Not only was my concern handled in a timely manner, but Vera was gracious, understanding, and professional!

Ordered a bikini on sale and only the top showed up. So emailed to complain only to be told to send it back at our expense. How stupid is this company, who wants half an outfit. Spent lots of money at this place but never again.

I had a slight problem with a stunning Gold Thong. Notably- Megan and Scarlette promptly responded to my inquiry and generously sent me a gift certificate to compensate me.

As a customer, I felt valued.

I did a live chat, and the lady Heather was exceptionally helpful. She was quick at responding, and fixed up all my concerns immediately.

I shopped at their store for the first time at the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills, CA. It was my first time there and I spent over $700 on several items. When I got home and unboxed all my lingerie; I noticed that I was charged $160 for the Latex skirt, which was NOT in my bag. I preceded to call the store where I purchased the items to let them know. I spoke to the manager, Lexo, who told me she needed to speak to my sales associate, Alisa, before concluding my situation. She assured me that she would get back to me. Since that call-I have had to call 5 more times. Each time I was told that someone would get back to me. I was also told they had to check the cameras. (I would think after checking the inventory they could clearly see the mistake.) To this day- I have yet to receive a return phone call.This treatment is unacceptable . I have no reason to be dishonest about a $160 item when I readily spent over $700 as a first time customer. If this mistake was handled properly; I would not have an issue as a repeat customer. However, it wasn't. I have attempted to contact the corporate office by following their directions to include the receipt and all other pertinent information. I received an email saying this matter could only be resolved by the store I purchased from. This company could not care less about customer service or basic problem solving issues...

Super quick and easy to exchange my online purchase. There was a little glitch when the new order was created but it was resolved so quickly I was really impressed. Danielle was very nice and quickly turned the situation around and I have now received my order.

I was absolutely disgusted and upset by the service I received at Honey Birdette Century City. After hearing great things from a friend, I was excited to visit, but the experience was nothing short of uncomfortable and disappointing.
From the moment I walked in, I felt immense pressure from the staff, specially from an employee named Gaby, She introduced herself as the area manager. She was overly aggressive in trying to make a sale.
Despite my repeated statements of "No, just looking," she continued to pry with extremely personal questions, disregarding my clear discomfort. Her insistence, particularly when pushing toys felt intrusive and inappropriate.
As someone new to the brand, I expected a luxury shopping experience, not an interrogation about my personal
preferences before I even had a chance to browse. The rest of the team seemed to understand personal space, but Gaby's approach was completely unacceptable. If this is the store's standard of customer service, serious retraining is necessary.
The boutique itself was extremely unorganized, It was messy, dust everywhere and it did not feel welcoming at all.
This is NOT okay. visiting the U.S. from Australia and receiving this type of treatment as an Australian company is unacceptable.
I left feeling incredibly uncomfortable, pressured, and disappointed.

I’ve tried them a couple of times for my amazing wife with the notion that “the best usually costs the most,”. This rule most certainly does not apply to Honey Birdette. After opening the second lingerie order in the last year during a trip to Mexico my wife noticed the size discrepancy from the first order. Wanting to surprise her I had her favorite sales person at Neiman Marcus pick out a beautiful sexy outfit for her to wear over it and I had assumed the size was the same as the previous order, therefore I had cut the tags off. (This is a woman who knows most of the Galleria Neiman Marcus sales reps by name) She admitted then that it wasn’t very good quality and if they wouldn’t return it just exchange it. When I informed her of the price I thought she was going to laugh herself silly. “ they saw you coming” was her comment. Upon reaching out by email with the story and photos of the bra in the original wrapping with tags “alongside” and my story of the wrong size I received two separate form emails stating they would not accept a refund or exchange. My wife is still making fun of me saying the Honey Birdette products aren’t worth the money anyway and that I should be glad to not use them anymore and waste the money on a poor quality product. BTW She did provide me with some alternate sources for lingerie.

Honey Birdette’s return and exchange policy is designed to be as restrictive as possible, showing zero regard for customers who purchase sale items. Once they have your money, they make it nearly impossible to receive a fair resolution.

Despite multiple emails citing my rights under Australian Consumer Law and requesting a refund, their customer service team completely ignored me. Their sizing is also wildly inconsistent—when I visited a store to resolve the issue, I spent over an hour trying on different styles, only to find no consistency between them.

Rather than addressing a genuine product issue, customer service hid behind rigid policies while refusing to take any accountability.

The only positive in this experience was the in-store staff, who were sympathetic and genuinely tried to help—unlike the online customer service team, who clearly had no interest in assisting.

If you’re considering shopping here, be warned: once they have your money, you’re on your own. I’d recommend Agent Provocateur, La Perla, Fleur du Mal, Bluebella, or Baby Likes To Pony as brands that offer quality products and respect their customers.

Honey Birdette has publicly responded to my review, claiming they are “sorry for the disappointment.” If that were true, they would have actually resolved the issue instead of ignoring my emails and live chat messages for weeks.

They also make mention of their flimsy returns policy, but what they must uphold is their adherence to Australian Consumer Law, which they have clearly failed to do. Their sizing is wildly inconsistent, yet instead of acknowledging this or offering a fair resolution, they hide behind rigid policies that punish sale customers while offering a 45-day return period for full-priced items. Where is the fairness in that?

This entire experience has shown me that once they have your money, they do not care about customer satisfaction. I absolutely do not recommend shopping here—there are plenty of other brands that offer both quality products and real customer service, something Honey Birdette clearly lacks. This has been a colossal waste of time and energy.

The lingerie was a gift for my wife. She loved it but just needed a smaller size. I reached out to their customer support and got Gigi, who was incredibly helpful. I was worried it was all going to be too hard to get returns/ exchanges, but it felt easy.

Note: The lingerie is quite delicate, but is that surprising to anyone who sees the products? Very happy overall.

Complete refusal to accept returns. Saying that items purchased prior Christmas clearly as present cannot be returned in January. What a ridiculous policy. Bunch of crooks, be aware.
