I have been purchasing from honey birdette for years now and I love every piece it is crafted with such detail, with the sales on I have purchased some more pieces and unfortunately they was out of stock, due to this I’ve had to contact the customer service team and Anna has provided me with such great customer service, my issue has now been resolved. Not only are the products amazing they sell but also customer service is 10/10 thank you again

I had a bit of a back-and-forth with the online support, but honestly, every Honey I encountered was very helpful. Got everything sorted quickly, cannot complain.
Ladies at the Covent Garden store are lovely, particularly Sasha. They helped me not only to pick the right size but also gave insights into collections, and I was able to decide on my purchase based on their feedback. They will help you to pick the right style, colour, and (!) very knowledgeable on the fit. The whole interaction was joyful. Thank you, honeys! Cannot wait to flaunt my beautiful sets.

The team at Honey Birdette have been nothing but accommodating to my needs. The customer service is beyond customer service. Jasmine & Danielle have been so helpful.

I made purchases in January. A few weeks later decided I wanted to return everything. Tags etc still on, hadn't even taken them out of the bag.
Went instore, did the refund, which took forever.
The money never landed on my card.
They worked out that it was their error.
That was in February

We are now in may - they still haven't refunded me. They just keep "apologising". Absolutely disgusting.

I have an email chain to back everything up. And will happily publish it.

Our parcel went missing and after investigation HB honoured our purchase and replaced the missing item without any fuss.
I have to say the customer service where we receive was excellent with no questions asked.
Without a doubt, this was a great experience and will continue to deal with HB. XX

Had a slight issue with the charging of one toy but the Maya at the customer service team was super quick to email back and assist. Great customer service.

I was really excited to see these stockings available in a size “small,” but I’m very disappointed.
On first wear, one stocking is noticeably larger than the other and already won’t stay up. I wouldn’t consider this a true small — I’m 5’1” and 102 lbs, and they were loose on me right away.
Definitely not the fit or quality I was hoping for. NOT worth the money

My partners experience in store when getting me a gift card was amazing, he felt comfortable and welcome. When ordering online I had huge help from Josephine who was so quick to assist with fulfilling an order with a different size and help me to the best of her ability. honestly i’ve never received this level of customer service and care, really amazing environment created and I feel so supported, excited to order again from Honey Birdette for this reason alone, let alone their product quality too!

Past instore visits staff have always been helpful. This time I placed an online order but didn't pay attention to the auto filled address till afterwards. Requesting help was actioned quickly, in my case by Jasmine, and things were rectified almost immediately. Couldn't ask more for more. 😊

I had no intention to buy in store at the first place and I was so well treated so well that I could not, not made the purchase there. She helped me with all that I needed and the most thing that I realized, always when I go to honey the most of saleswoman usually ignore people that they think they won’t buy. And she just made it

I recently purchased two items from Honey Bridette, which unfortunately was processed with delay. Despite their non-refundable policy on "sale items" their customer service representative, Jasmine, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did she show genuine empathy for the inconvenience, but she also secured a full refund for me—something I didn't anticipated!

Firstly all Honey Birdette (HB) lingerie and swimwear we have bought is exceptional quality. I purchased a bikini top and bottom but only the bottom was delivered. Admittedly I was a bit annoyed at first that we weren't notified of this and a credit wasn't forthcoming unless I chased it. I emailed HB and Danielle promptly replied and gave a couple of options of how to resolve the missing bikini top which was out of stock. Danielle was so helpful and arranged for another bikini top in a slightly different size. I was so impressed with her outstanding customer service I ordered more of HB lingerie for my wife. Thankyou

How to not receive a confirmed and paid product, and not only lose money, but also gain problems and lose a bunch of time and nerves? Simply place an order online!

I placed an order online and this is the worst experience of my life! The worst! I received an order confirmation, but then nothing from the company for 2 weeks. Then, without any warning or contacting me, they returned part (only part!) of the money for my order. I wrote to customer support chat, and they said that the size I needed was out of stock. When I asked why they returned only part of the money, they couldn't answer. Then I asked to cancel my entire order because ordering panties without a bra doesn't make sense. The girl promised to cancel the order. Then there was silence again, and a few days later I received a notification that my order is on its way!!! I contacted support again, and they said they couldn't do anything, that they hadn't canceled the order, and now it was on its way to me. The girl also couldn't provide a clear answer regarding the partial refund for the bra. I said that this wouldn't work, and I would write negative reviews everywhere. Then manager Robin joined the chat. He was able to explain where the remaining amount for the out-of-stock item was. He returned it (okay, thanks for that at least). And regarding the delivery of the panties, he promised to try to return them from the shipping company. BUT the most important thing - he promised to inform me via email about the situation. And what do you think? Of course, he didn't do any of this. As a result, I accepted the package (it had no identifying marks) as I was expecting another delivery from a different company. But it turned out to be those damned panties from this disaster company with disastrous service. Now, to get my money back for these panties, I have to print a label within 72 hours (I don't have a printer) and find and go to the transport company's office to return these panties finally! Why 72 hours? Because the smart manager Robin decided that would be convenient for me!!!!! I don't know what these people are thinking. I don't understand how they can work this way!

I categorically do not recommend using their online store, otherwise, I repeat, you risk not only not receiving the product they confirmed, not only losing money, but also gaining problems and wasting a bunch of time and nerves. Don't buy anything online.

Could not locate a replacement item on website. Emailed customer service. Jasmine from customer service not only responded, she emailed me a link all I needed to do was click to buy the item in the size requested. Took seconds. Above and beyond. Thank you Jasmine and HB.
