Ik had eerst de verkeerde maat bandje besteld en hierover contact opgenomen. Ik heb netjes mail gekregen hoe te retourneren. Zogezegd zo gedaan. Maar tot op de dag van vandaag geen geld terug ontvangen. Is toch alweer zo'n 3 weken geleden. Ik heb vandaag nog maar eens een mail gestuurd. Hopelijk wordt deze beantwoord.

Slechte service. Vraag over horlogeband. Volgens de dame aan de telefoon zou deze origineel moeten zijn maar ik heb het origineel (sluiting stuk) maar lengte correspondeert niet met wat horlogeband opgeeft. Gevraagd om het op te meten maar dat doen ze niet. Ze willen niet verkopen.

Ware wurde angeblich am 8.07 versendet und sollte nach 3 Tagen eintreffen. Nach Rückfrage hiess es, dass man ohne Trackingnummer versendet. Ich solle 10 Tage warten. Danach habe ich wieder Kontakt aufgenommen. Jetzt stellen Sie gerade das System um. Man werde mir erneut die Ware schicken, wenn es wieder geht. Solche Geschäftspartner braucht kein Mensch. Ob ich mein Geld zurückbekomme ist fraglich

Waardeloze site. Als ze een product niet op voorraad hebben, sturen ze gewoon een ander bandje. Reageren niet op mail.

I placed Order 1213853 on 11 July 2026 and cancelled it unequivocally on 13 July, before it had been dispatched. Customer service confirmed in writing that the cancellation had been accepted and that the €159.95 refund would be processed within 14 days.

Despite this, the refund has still not been properly confirmed through Klarna, and the company has now ignored my latest formal email requesting only basic information: the refund date, amount and transaction reference.

There was no product to return, inspect or verify because the order was never dispatched. There is therefore no reasonable justification for delaying the reimbursement or refusing to provide documentary confirmation.

This has been an unnecessarily stressful and deeply unprofessional experience. A trustworthy retailer does not retain a customer’s money after cancelling an undispatched order, give vague assurances and then stop responding.

I strongly advise customers to avoid this shop unless they are prepared to chase their own money repeatedly.

Absolute Empfehlung! Hervorragender Service, ein freundlicher und kompetenter Kundenservice. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und werde hier gerne wieder bestellen.

Zeer slechte ervaring. De informatie over de levering was onduidelijk en de tracking gaf nauwelijks bruikbare updates. Het product werd veel later geleverd dan beloofd, of kwam zelfs helemaal niet aan. De communicatie vanuit de verkoper was onvoldoende en bood geen duidelijke oplossing.

Daarnaast was de klantenservice erg teleurstellend. Er werd geen redelijke oplossing aangeboden en een retour of terugbetaling werd niet geaccepteerd, terwijl de levering niet naar behoren was verlopen. Dit geeft weinig vertrouwen in deze verkoper. Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik aan om goed na te denken voordat je hier een bestelling plaatst.

My Hamilton Watch's band had been trashed from years of wear and the related exposure to sweat. For YEARS I checked Hamilton's website to try to acquire a replacement. It's a leather band with a metal clip, so a bit unique. I finally gave up trying to source one from Hamilton directly and did some Googling and found the EXACT model, in the EXACT leather pattern I needed. The prices were VERY reasonable. The watchbands- I bought a spare- had to be back-ordered, but it was well worth the wait; they are absolutely beautiful! My watch is back to looking it's smartest again now that I replaced the ratty band I lived with for YEARS. I TOTALLY recommend this company. I am absolutely thrilled with the replacement bands.

Ik had een order geplaatst en geannuleerd. De annulering werd ook bevestigd. Toch werd het artikel verstuurd. Ik heb het geretourneerd. 13 juni is het aangekomen. We zijn nu 3 weken verder en nog steeds geen geld retour.

Iets heel anders: denk alsjeblieft niet dat die dikke idioot met dat stomme kapsel symbool staat voor alle Amerikanen! Vergeef me eventuele taalfouten, want ik gebruik Google Translate. ;-) Hartelijk dank!

The ceramic watch band is beautiful and a perfect fit for my DKNY watch. Perfectly packed to keep it safe and arrived very quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Ordered a Breitling brown leather croc strap with clasp and removal tool as they arrived in Australia in 2 weeks.
This is an excellent watchstrap both quality, comfort and finish with white stiching.
In my opinion, paying extra for this than paying a generic watchstrap was worth it.
Browsing website was very easy with photos and item description. Highly recommend.

Slecht!!!!!!! Mooie woorden. Echter verzuimd dit bedrijf product te leveren. Het blijft smoesjes regenen. Na bijna 2 maanden is het product niet geleverd. Betaal vooral niet vooraf aan dit bedrijf!!!!!

I received the wrong watch strap not once but twice, even after sending a picture of the watch I wanted it for. I ended up returning the second wrong watch strap but never received a refund, which in the end meant I pass twice plus return postage for the single item I received. Very poor communications, would not recommend international purchases!

A terrible experience!
After placing my order, I quickly received the tracking number, but two weeks on I still haven’t received anything and customer services still haven’t refunded me.
I strongly advise against it…
