De aangegeven leveringstermijnen kloppen niet. Ze rekenen transport aan maar als ze niet uw volledige bestelling kunnen leveren binnen de afgesproken termijn crediteren ze deze niet.
Er zijn betere leveranciers op de markt die wel hun afspraken na komen!

Falsche Produktbeschreibungen die eindeutig Uhrenarmbänder mit einer Schließe anbieten. Geliefert wird dann allerdings ohne.
Ich kann vor dem Shop aus eigener Erfahrung nur warnen.

The product was sent to the wrong address and in the wrong country. Even though I write previously by email and said I was from Serbia, they sent the shipment to Montenegro. The list of countries has not been updated for 20 years, and the country "Serbia and Montenegro" is still in the list, even though they are two different countries and therefore it was sent to the wrong country. You should do a better job of monitoring what your users send you via email. I lost both my shipment and my money.

Tja na 2 emails met foto's van het horlogebandje wat gekocht het en alleen in het weekend draag dus na 4 keer komen er al scheurtjes in het bandje en horlogeband.com zegt gewoon keihard dit hoort bij het dragen. Dit is echt niet normaal na 5 keer dragen van mijn horloge met het bandje van HORLOGE.COM is het gewoon aan het scheuren en het bandje is gewoon niet meer om aan te zien en hun doen gewoon niks !!!!!!
Ik zeg niks kopen bij hun .....

Order: #1188942 — Strap for Bering watch: 12934‑060.
What arrived: Shiny stainless mesh band that looks close to original, but the clasp isn’t BERING‑stamped.
Problem: The connector’s screw holes are misaligned by ~1 mm relative to the OEM band (two per side). I tried every orientation, but the screws won’t pass through the case threads.
Action taken: I emailed Watchstraponline / Horlogeband the same day with photos and requested either (1) the correct OEM band with the right end links or (2) a prepaid return and full refund.
Status: unresolved at the time of review.
After the long delay, this was a let‑down. I’ll amend this review if they fix it quickly and at their cost.

[Update – awaiting resolution] Thank you to Lisette at Kish/Horlogeband/Watchstraponline for the kind reply and for offering to send the ORIGINAL BERING strap for my 12934‑060. I appreciate the follow‑up. I’ll update this review once the OEM strap is dispatched, received, and installed. If everything fits correctly, I’ll happily adjust my rating.

Barang sampai dlm masa yg munasabah quality barang mantap. Harga pon masuk akal.

It was great to be able to get a strap for my Bering watch and it came well packaged and safely. It took some time for it to get to the u.k. but I suspect that is not the Watchfactory's fault but b..... Brexit, and I was kept updated on its journey.

Bandje besteld 28 oktober 25, een week later ontvangen zonder gesp, gemaild en als antwoord:" wij sturen een gesp op". Ter info , die gesp wordt ingelijmd en gestikt aan het bandje, dus ik kan dit niet, Veel gezeur, als je retour zendt moet je betalen, eindelijk op 26 november 25 een compleet bandje MET gesp ontvangen. Ik vermoed dat ze een doorschuifdoos zijn van spullen uit China die en vrac toekomen en door hun in plastiek hoesjes worden gestoken. Dus diegene die mijn bandje zonder gesp in een plastiek hoesje stak, zal waarschijnlijk de "maandagziekte" gehad hebben.
