He was very helpful and got us an accessible room, and found the conference discounts.

Efficiency and awesome customer service

The agent was very nice and considerate, she answered all of the questions that I had. I also sent another family member to reserve a too if possible.

Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable, he assisted me with my reservation in a very timely manner. Very happy with my experience!

For starters I thought I had called the commons inn directly. Ziad sold me a room and when I asked if I could cancel he said yes for an extra amount of money. So I got a room and cancelation insurance for 170$. He said I sent you a message and email and that was it. I hung up look at my email and I was charged in US funds!!! Nothing was mentioned about that and why would someone from Canada booking in Canada pay in US funds?? Why would you not tell your customer?? I immediately called back and spoke to 3 different people who could not help or care to help and refused to refund my money. They said they couldn’t refund my money because it was past the date. I purchased the room on September 21 and you had to cancel before September 19 to get your money back? Why would you sell someone cancelation insurance if you knew they couldn’t use it?? . So I have given 1 star but if it would have allowed there would be no stars. I have read in some reviews that this company is a scam and I believe it is true, you got my money and I slept in my car. Ziad has a lot to learn, customer service. He should be aware of who and what he is selling but again if your a scammer you did a good job.

I mistakenly duplicated a reservation at the Hampton Inn Newark Airport. I didn't know Hotel Planner was a third party (Expedia). When talking to an employee from Expedia the amount of the room changed while we were talking and he took the lower price not telling me this was a price with no cancellation policy. I already have reservations for November 21, 2026 which I have already paid for.
I feel this was an honest mistake and should have it cancelled. I called to cancel the next day September 27 or 28 just one day after I made the duplicate reservation. Could you please help me me cancel this mistake without cost. Hampton Inn said that they can't cancel the duplicate reservation themselves but Expedia must do it.

Prompt, professional and courteous.

Room smelled of cleaner and must. Price was increased due to some concert I was not attending.

Timoteo was wonderful to work with for my reservation. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very understanding about my needs. She went above and beyond to help me.

Mary Jane was too assertive, pushing me with threats that I had to book NOW because bookings were going fast. She sounded like a record on high speed.

I found the hotel room I was looking for. I stated that same hotel and wanted the same type of room and for some reason, I could not find it on any other site even though I knew it existed. Your site was the only one I found it on and I appreciate that. Then I proceeded to book my room for the wrong weekend and so I had to rebook it and cancel and that process was simple as well.
