Jason was very polite and extremely helpful. Jason is one of the few Customer Service people I have dealt with. That is a pleasure to work with. And I don’t remember the date I made the reservation so I just picked a date.

Run away as fast as you can from this business! They make their website look like you are calling the actual hotel directly (and that is from the hotel GM I finally spoke to directly).
Booked 3 rooms for 5 nights each for a business trip saying we were not sure how long each person would actually be staying. After 2 nights the first guest checked out and that is when the scam came to light.... hotel could not reimburse for the rest of the booked nights. Called the number on the email and that is when hours and hours of calls began. Eventually was told refund amount for remaining nights for this guest. Asked for updated invoice.... did not receive, they sent the same as when I booked.
After 4 nights a second person checked out.... OMG the headache.... ended up talking to the hotel GM to ensure things were accurate because Hotel Planner was incompetent... after more hours on the phone was told the amount for the credit for the one night and again, asked for an updated invoice.... they sent the original one again.
After everyone had checked out I called again for the invoice, 24 hours you wait to get .... the same original one. This is a business trip so I need the correct invoice. And, the one they send doesn't even have their company name and details.
Unless you enjoy wasting hours and hours on the phone (they told me they cannot transfer calls and only have one phone line lol) you do NOT want to use this company!! I believe they figure if they are frustrating enough people will give up trying to get their money back. Currently waiting over an hour for them to get info about how to get my invoice.....

Absolutely terrible way of booking through AI person

I was sold insurance on a hotel night at which I ultimate needed to cancel reservation and then couldn't get my refund back because my reasoning wasn't under what they accept. I never was informed of the specific reason that I could cancel under. When I buy insurance to reschedule or cancel that's my discretion hence why I bought insurance. Shady shady business. I called explained was hung up on them called back and filed a ticket for review of refund on the grounds there was zero explanation of this insurance that I bought. I was told I would here in 24 hrs 3 days later I had to call back to tell me they can give me hotel planner credit. Why would I want credit with a company that lies? They offered a fraction of what I paid . What a scam, most likely illegal. Never again.

Angelica was fantastic. She went above and beyond to accommodate me at a moments notice to have my employee stay near training center.

Every time I've tried to use my voucher, I've run into issues. This most recent experience, I used the link in my voucher confirmation E-mail. It took me to the site so I could search for available hotels in the area I was stopping for the evening. We decided on the hotel, the type of room, and clicked the 'book' link. This brought me to the payment page which preloaded my voucher info. Once I completed the reservation, I received and confirmation email from hotelplanner.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the could see my reservation but wanted payment. They had never heard of hotelplanner.com and this is a major hotel chain. I showed them the email and they tried pulling up what they could. I ended up having to cancel that reservation, step off to the side and call your number. The individual who answered was clueless. She asked for my voucher number. I gave it to her and she said she couldn't pull it up. Not until I explained over and over did it register that I was using a hotelplanner.com number. Once she did, she was able to create a reservation for us. Ultimately, the site didn't do what it was supposed to do, the confirmation never made it to the hotel, I had to make a phone call to clear it up, the rep was difficult to understand and didn't seem to have a clue, once she did she gave bad info about the pricing, and there were several other issues throughout the process. I really dislike the whole hotelplanner.com.

Tried to add a day with them and they had me jumping through hoops. Agents are not helpful. Had to end up cancelling my reservation and making it through another service in order to add the second day due to the outrageous price they quoted for that second day. They still charged me $25 for their unhelpful service.

Very friendly staff. Room exactly as described for an accessible room.

Booking via phone was easy, but Ayushman wasn’t friendly or warm. He kept repeating “this is the best rate possible” even though it is appearing cheaper online through Booking.com and I was asking to be put under a hotel room block. Felt like I was getting ripped off to be honest with the price confusion and his rudeness.

Last month you didn't get the requested reservation in Hershey PA, but charged me $1580 anyway. Charge came from your Florida office so took a while to track down. No refund given or offered, but I have a voucher for the amount. Having a great deal of difficulty using the voucher. Made and canceled reservations to make them in Hotel planner then hotel won't take voucher. Finally got one of 3 reservations to take voucher. YOUR ERROR, MY ONGOING HEADACHE!!!!!! Didn't know I was talking to hotel planner, who broke into my call somehow. Grr.
