Dealt with Andy @ the Atherstone branch throughout our house purchase. Excellent service, would recommend.

I have dealt with Jessica Hunt over the last week on the purchase of a property. Communication has been prompt and clear making the process significantly smoother than past experiences.

Lauren is great, really helpful, responds to my messages and gets things moving. She’s approachable, knowledgeable and has made my move so easy. I cannot recommend her and the team highly enough.

Howkins & Harrison have been nothing but amazing whilst my wife and I have been looking for our next home and have provided us with a lot of options in our price range.

We had a few viewings with Miles who was brilliant and very Knowledgable when it came to Some of the areas that we viewed.

We had three viewings back to back which is hard to do in the current market so thanks those that sorted it out - great firm to work with.

So far no issues and fingers crossed we find something soon

Nicole Ashden has been such a joy to work with! From the moment she showed me my flat, to a year later, she has helped me to navigate all the tricky bits of renting. I was so nervous as this was my first time renting alone, and I didn't know what to do or how to address some issues and she was very responsive and supportive. Nicole is clearly very good at her job and I'd recommend her to anyone! If I haven't said it enough, thank you Nicole! And thank you for enforcing my "no shoes in the house" rule with all the contractors who come in and out of the flat :)

Wonderful service from the initial valuation through to completion. Every step was made so easy, in what was a difficult time selling my late father’s home of 25 years. With such a professional sales presentation and viewings we achieved 5% more for my fathers property than other agents valuations

Our house went up for sale on the Friday, viewing booked for the Monday and offer on the Tuesday! The Ashby team were excellent with their advice and communication. We had a slight change to our chain when our buyer’s buyer pulled out but the Ashby team immediately contacted another interested buyer and the eligibility paperwork was completed immediately and solicitors instructed so there was no delay. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of progress within the chain and really couldn’t have asked for more. First class service.
