I had the experience of speaking to staff in both car insurance and home insurance. Both were very polite, friendly and very helpful. Was really pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Would definitely recommend to others

Insurance quote was worth more than the…
Insurance quote was worth more than the vehicle and the sales rep didn’t even try help . Just basically passed it off as that’s all they can do . No change dates or try get a better quote . Pathetic service , used to use Hughes but won’t be anymore
