Excellent service
Customer service was great - welcoming and proffessional, no time wasted kept on hold, not transffered to different departments, willingness to help, no background noice, felt appreciated and respected as a new customer.
Price is affordable compared to the rest. I had done extensive research comparing prices.

Patricia is a diamond
I would like to commend Patricia for the care, patience, respect and understanding she showed during our call yesterday.
By the time I reached her, I was already overwhelmed after navigating an automated phone system. As a neurodivergent person, a customer service call is rarely "just a phone call". It involves uncertainty, multiple transitions, sensory stress, difficulty processing verbal information, anxiety about being misunderstood, and often weeks or months of building up the courage to make the call in the first place.
Many people do not realise that what may seem like a routine interaction can have a significant impact on a neurodivergent person's nervous system. The stress can affect not only the time spent on the call, but the entire day before and after it.
Patricia's calm, accepting and respectful manner immediately reduced that stress. She listened, communicated clearly, and made me feel understood rather than dismissed. Her approach turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a manageable one.
That may sound like a small thing, but for many neurodivergent customers it is not. The quality of an interaction with a customer service adviser can genuinely be the difference between recovering and getting on with the day, or spending the rest of it exhausted and overwhelmed.
Patricia is an excellent example of why neurodiversity awareness matters in customer service. Her professionalism and kindness made a real difference, and I wanted to ensure that was recognised.
Thanks so much Patricia, you're a legend ⚡️(I know there are two Patricias in the office, this is for Patricia as opposed to Trisha 😉)

Bought car insurance through a search engine online. Transferred to Huges website to complete the deal. Simple straightforward and fast transaction. Documents through in less than twenty minutes (on a Sunday). Great service and a good price.

Relatively easy seems a better policy than others where offering, very friendly person on the other end of the phone made it a little more personal. Very pleased so far.
