Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you are with the condition of your swimsuit and, of course, understand how frustrating it must be to feel that it has not lasted as you expected, particularly after only a handful of wears.

We would, however, like to clarify the reason for our decision. While the swimsuit is unfortunately outside of our one-year warranty period, the main reason we were unable to offer a replacement was that the care instructions had not been followed. Our Hunza G pieces need to be machine washed according to the care instructions provided, rather than hand washed. We appreciate that hand washing may seem like the gentler option, but our specific care guidance is designed to help maintain the fabric's elasticity and integrity over time.

We completely appreciate that this may not be the response you were hoping for, and we are sorry that you have been left feeling disappointed with both the product and your experience with our Customer Care team. We do take feedback such as yours seriously and are always looking at how we can improve both our products and the information we provide around their care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry that your first experience with Hunza G has left you feeling disappointed.

We completely understand that customers need to try swimwear on to determine the right style and fit. However, our returns policy requires items to be returned in unworn, resellable condition, with all hygiene requirements met. When a returned item shows visible traces of dirt, we unfortunately cannot place it back into stock or offer it to another customer.

We appreciate that this may be frustrating, particularly when you feel you only tried the swimsuit on briefly. However, we do need to apply the same returns standards consistently to ensure the quality and hygiene of every item we send to our customers.

We’re sorry that this experience has affected your impression of Hunza G, and we hope you can appreciate that our decision was based on the condition in which the item was received rather than an intention to make your experience difficult.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced with your lilac swimsuit, and we completely understand your disappointment.

We'd like to clarify that our recommended care instructions are to wash Hunza G swimwear in the washing machine at 30°C with regular detergent. We do not recommend hand washing, as this can be ineffective at properly removing chlorine, salt, sunscreen and other residues from the fabric, which can affect the elasticity over time.

We appreciate that three years may feel shorter than expected for a premium swimsuit, and we certainly don't want any customer to feel that their purchase has been wasteful. The longevity of our swimwear can vary depending on frequency of wear, exposure to chlorine, salt water and other environmental factors, as well as how the garment is cared for over time.

Our care instructions are designed specifically to help preserve the fabric and elasticity for as long as possible, and we encourage customers to follow these throughout the life of their swimwear.
