We completely understand how frustrating this situation has been, particularly given the timing ahead of your special trip.

We would, however, like to clarify that our Customer Care team has been in contact with you throughout the investigation, providing updates each day as new information became available. Whilst we appreciate that investigations can feel frustrating, particularly when they take longer than expected, it is important that we follow our internal processes to ensure every case is reviewed thoroughly, fairly and based on all available evidence before reaching a resolution.

We never want any customer to feel unheard, and we're sorry that this experience has not met the standard you expected from Hunza G. Your feedback has been noted and will be shared internally as part of our ongoing review of our customer experience.
