Mykola Allen recently assisted me and my wife with our mortgage renewal and he was nothing short of perfect. He took a lot of time with us to go through our options and on our second call, he informed us that he had managed to get us a lower monthly payment as well as lower insurance payments. Mykola made the experience extremely easy for us and he is an absolute credit to IMH.

The process was made incredibly easy by Jordan. The process start to finish is made as comfortable and straight forward as possible and all communication is light hearted and real! Would highly recommend!

This was our first time remortgaging and had zero idea on what to expect. Having taken out a renewal membership we are lucky to have IMH with us for the future. Although there was a small technical error meaning our renewal date had disappeared from the system (Covid times were hard), once contacted, they pulled out all the stops to get things sorted in a small window. We had Victoria helping us for both renewal and protection. We couldn’t have asked for any more, her knowledge, friendliness and honesty for our needs were brilliant and personable. Victoria took away all of our apprehension and dread of searching, coming back to us with a simple package- all we had to do was say yes and the rest is taken care of, it is such a relief. I am happy to have taken out the membership and have no concerns or reservations when it comes to remortgaging again with IMH, worth every penny.

We have recently remortgaged due to our fixed term mortgage being up for renewal, with the help, advice and support from Isobel Santos-Graney at IMH. We are so impressed and grateful for Isobel guiding us through this process from start to finish, assessing our financial needs and what works best for us, offering honest advice about new mortgage deals and policies which helped us secure a mortgage which works for us and secure policies with extra security, which works even better for us now our family has grown, without being pushy in any way. We honestly cannot rate Isobel and IMH highly enough. The process from start to finish has been fantastic and we just wanted to say thank you.

We have now had 3 mortages through IMH. Michelle thompson was great, she listend and explained everytjing very well told us the options we had the best route to take and also offered didferent packages that would cover us for any problems we coukd face in the future.
