Mykola at IMH was great at helping us find a new mortgage deal. He helped us understand the mortgage and protection offered to use.

Taylor Sargent was our mortgage advisor. She was fantastic from start to finish. A mixture of informative but not over complicating each step. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for a procedure we were otherwise in the dark about. Despite a slight hiccup at the mortgage providers end, Taylor was able to assist and guide us through the process and got us a great deal.

Michelle was very friendly and helpful and gave very good guidance about the renewal of our mortgage

We had an excellent experience working with Joanne Pitcher. She was incredibly adaptable throughout the whole process and always took the time to find the best deals possible for us. Her kind, personable approach made everything feel much less stressful, and we always felt comfortable asking questions. Most importantly, she made sure we were fully covered on all bases and guided us through every step with care and professionalism. We genuinely felt she had our best interests at heart and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

A really friendly and helpful service. Plenty of advice that I wouldn’t have received if I’d remortgaged by myself. I would have liked an initial call earlier than mine was scheduled and less focus on the mortgage protection packages.

This is the third mortgage/remortgage we have arranged with IMH and every one has been easy and problem free.

This time we spoke with Owen Sill who was fantastic! Extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable, which made it easy to ask questions that some may consider stupid, but allowed my husband and I to have a thorough understanding of our options. It was easy to contact Owen and the customer service team via email or phone to ask follow up questions, something that was extremely important due to rapidly changing interest rates as well as changes to our mortgage requirements. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

We also arranged our life insurance policies at the same time as our mortgage and this was done without pressure or obligation.

Tackling remortgaging and then selling and buying during a period of escalating interest rates, was absolutely not stress free but IMH, Owen particularly, has made it a really easy process and we would absolutely recommend their services!
