This is the third time we’ve dealt with IMH, and once again the experience has been excellent. We were assigned to Jackie Rudkin, who has been incredibly thorough in explaining everything and offering advice tailored to our circumstances, needs, and preferences around mortgage options and insurance policies.
She was completely transparent throughout the process and never pushy, simply laid out all the information clearly so we could make an informed decision with confidence.

We received very clear and concise advice from Nick Black on pir new mortgage arrangement. Unprompted, Nick went the extra mile to bring forward our appointment to give us the chance to secure better rates ahead of a looming rate change.

We had a great and smooth experience with Scott Leacey for our remortgage. He really took our personal circumstances into consideration and helped us find the best option. It was also a huge help to be able to do our appointments via Teams rather than in person due to busy schedules and young kids.
