We did try to reach out to you shortly after your review was left, and we were glad to speak with you on the phone. As mentioned during our call, we are always happy to offer a full refund or exchange where products are returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Unfortunately, as the items were disposed of before being returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund or partial refund on this occasion. We hope you understand that, in order for us to process any form of refund, we do require the product to be returned.
