You would think I bought this hair from SHEIN !

Absolutely disgusting, from the day I had it fitted it was shedding so much like it had been in for a year. Done all the aftercare still no difference. Contacted ‘I’m so pretty’ was told to go to Manchester for there ‘expert’ to look at it, now I’m from Birmingham so traveling to Manchester wasn’t a option at the time as I was going on holiday. Spoke to management and was refused any sort of compensation after I’d sent all the evidence of how crap the quality of the hair was! Disgusting customer service and disgusting quality. I would never ever recommend these to anyone!

Did speak to male manager over the phone and he said I’m glad you have contacted us and not slandered us on social media ! Just shows what ‘normally’ happens I guess! I’m not that type of person but after the experience I’ve had there’s no option. £500 down the drain and I’ve had to purchase more from another company for more than £200 less than I paid this ‘luxury’ company and they are 10X better! Your company needs shutting down

I have had hair from I'm So Pretty for over four years. I always get so many compliments about it and how natural it is. I follow all the aftercare advice and my hair still looks unbelievable a year later. The staff are so helpful and I am yet to find another brand of hair that is long lasting and such high quality.

Bought this hair after seeing good reviews online. Opened it up and thought looks really nice. Washed it for the first time and it’s been horrific. I am mortified to think that £700 on hair that has been spent, it’s just knotty, unbrushable and just straight up like straw.

I really had high hopes with this hair and I feel scammed! This was a Christmas present from my partner and I’m appalled to even tell him this is the outcome. I’ve had to hide it from because it’s cost a lot of money.

I really do feel heartbroken!
I thought it was my technique at first but I’ve had extensions for the last 3 years and I’ve never experienced this.

I use silicone free hair products, the hair is oiled with the correct amount and application process. I sleep with a loose plat as recommended and even slept in heat less curls to see if that would make a difference and what a surprise, it was still the same outcome.

I don’t recommend anyone buys this product .

What a shame I’m so pretty!

This hair is absolutely appalling. It looks and feels like synthetic hair. It’s been In a week and I can’t even get a brush through it, it’s so matted. Almost £1000 down the drain.

What an amazing highly qualified bunch of girls. Hair is amazing quality after looking into 3 hair suppliers I chose to go with Laura and soo glad I did she is brilliant at what she does and genuinely loves making people feel happy with hair. She answered all of my questions I had in regards to fitting of extensions and aftercare. Lydia and Zoe are also amazing. I literally feel like I go for a girlie catch up whenever I go such a friendly uplifting atmosphere. I am soo happy with my hair and my fitting of my hair it feels soo comfortable and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality hair and also the best fitting techniques. I won’t go anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic company.
The staff are really welcoming and knowledgeable. I have had my hair for nearly nine months and I cannot recommend them enough. People can’t believe that I wear extensions which I think has to be the biggest compliment. Their ability to colour match with my natural hair is astonishing .
Definitely worth the 1 hour drive .
