Superb Service. Excellent service from start to finish. My refurbished iPad arrived quickly and was in much better condition than I expected. It works perfectly, and the battery life is great. I'd definitely buy from IncTablet again.

I ordered one of their refurbished apple watches through an offer I saw on Wowcher and was hugely disappointed. They sent me a watch which has serious battery issues. The battery dies after just 5 hours of sitting on my arm (no usage). I flagged this with them the day after it arrived and they asked me if battery optimisation setting was enabled. It was so I turned it off and still the same issue. I’ve then told them I want to return the watch as it’s clearly faulty and I want my money back and they ignored my request and keep asking further trouble shooting questions such as can you check the battery health in settings. The service is truly shocking, and I should add that when they are requesting for me to check all these things they are not providing instructions on how to, so I’m having to Google it! My concern is why weren’t these checks carried out by yourself before sending this watch out. If someone doesn’t get back to me about next steps to return I’ll be going through my bank.

Wonderful customer service.
We bought an iPad on a wowcher deal but it had a dead pixel in central screen.
We contacted incTablet and they could not have done more for us if they tried.
Collected the broken one, and replaced and great comms all the way. Definitely purchase here!

Made an order that was delayed, customer services was really good and helpful keeping me updated throughout the delay. Then when I told them it was a birthday present and they realised that it wouldn’t be delivered in time. They upgraded the laptop to a much better model for no extra charge an dispatched it the same day. Would definitely recommend this company an would use again in the future

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro for a family member via Temu, which is not advisable. This resulted in delays and communication issues.

However, the matter was quickly resolved when raised and the phone was received the next day.

I would suggest buying direct. The £80 discount voucher new users get on Temu made the transaction overall worthwhile, but if you are paying full price, going through Temu is a very bad idea. The messaging system doesn’t even let you connect to the seller.

I ordered an iPad Mini 6 via Wowcher, great price. And great customer service.

There was a small hiccup along the way, but this was swiftly resolved! The communication was top notch, and the iPad was better than expected as I paid for a grade B but this is mint!

Wonderful company, I bought a 32 g iPad then realized I needed a 128 gig the company were wonderful accepted the iPad back and replaced it for the 128 gig
for a small sum extra , delivery was next day, the iPad although C rated is almost like new would highly reccomend

Minor fault with my Iwatch delivered, advice was given in a timely manner to help resolve the issue. When the issue couldn’t be resolved a quick turnaround for a replacement device being sent out. 10/10 customer service!

Just bought a used Apple iPad Pro from these guys, and what a great experience. Super competitive price, next-day despatch and the iPad was in pristine condition. Even came with a brand new charging cable. Can't praise them enough.

Cannot fault this guys on anything. After purchasing a white iPhone 11 via Wowcher I wasn't too happy when a red one was delivered. I emailed them straight away and they responded almost immediately with an apology, an explanation and a chance to return the phone for a replacement. They communicated with me throughout the whole process, amazing customer service team 👍 I've since received the white iPhone and it's absolutely immaculate. One very happy customer, would highly recommend them every time
