I ordered two iPads from Inc Tablet via a Wowcher deal in November (one to be delivered to me, one to a relative). The delivery date quoted when I ordered was 6th December which meant they would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas.

By 15th December neither tablet had arrived so I emailed the company stressing both tablets needed to arrive before Christmas. I was told they were very busy and the tablets would be sent out the next week. On 22nd December the IPad I had ordered for a relative arrived but there was no sign of the one I had ordered to give to my son for Christmas.

I emailed again and was told that there had been an administrative error and they would send out the second IPad asap. I knew it wouldn't arrive before Christmas so I had to buy my son something else. Finally, today, one month after the original date quoted, the second tablet arrived.

I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them via Wowcher in the run up to Christmas as they obviously struggled to fulfill all the orders, and I wasn't informed about the status of my orders until I chased.

Edited to update: Since I posted this true and honest review IncTablet contacted me to say they will be removing the warranty on the second item I ordered (which was delivered a month late) because they didn't like my review. This is goes against Trading Standards and I am horrified by the treatment I have received as a customer who spent over £400 with them.

5 star service in a locally owned and ran business,such helpful and friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help you,from fixing a broken screen to putting credit onto a phone for an elderly person. I decided it was time to update my old iPad Air, now 7 years old, still working ok but slow. After a lot of research online for new and reconditioned iPads I chose to buy from IncTablet, who were selling a reconditioned iPad Air 3 64gb on eBay, swayed by all the good reviews. I paid the Buy it Now price on the 24/03/21 and it was promptly delivered 2 days later, well packaged and in AAA condition. Unfortunately, whilst charging it up, it developed a fault, a bright light spot appeared at the top of the screen, obviously a fault with the logic board below the glass screen. I immediately emailed them, reporting the fault and received a reply that same evening. Communication via emails between Adam, Valentina and myself was exceptional. I’m guessing they were working from home due to COVID as I was receiving replies to my emails very late in the evening. They were unable to find me a replacement iPad Air 3, but shipped me a reconditioned iPad Pro 10.5 Wi-fi + 4G SIM white - Rose Gold 64gb Grade A at NO extra cost, unbelievable. It arrived on Sat morning 03/04/21 only a week later, including Good Friday Bank Hols (No post that day). I’ve only had it over a day, but it knocks spots off the iPad Air 3 for speed, looks brilliant with no scratches or dents and looks like new. Too early to say how long it will last, but it came with a 12 month guarantee. I’ve been buying lots of things on line for years from lots of various companies and I have to say this company tops the lot. If you are thinking about purchasing a refurbed Apple product from them, then don’t hesitate, they deserved 100 out of 100. I rarely give reviews, I usually can’t be bothered, but the service and support from these guys deserve a big pat on the back, well done to everyone at IncTablet.co.uk.

Ordered a iPad on Monday an it arrived Wednesday and in perfect condition with 12months warranty would recommend and would use again.
