Just SUPERB!

Got a wowcher deal for an iPad 6 they upgraded me to a Pro 2!
Delivery was some extra days due to Royal Mail strikes

Item arrived late packing not very good for the item been sent.
The screen on the iPad is poor and has a light spot in the middle with a row of distortion across the bottom even though it was supposed to be in good condition I accept the dent in the back but the poor quality of screen is unacceptable,overall would not use this company again

When my ipad arrived on December 4th (a surprise gift for my son) the quality of the screen was unacceptable to me, as it had way to many scratches which I was not expecting. However when I complained to the company IncTablet, they responded quickly that very same day and have apologised, offering to replace the iPad for a better one.
Thank-you IncTablet for your very fast and efficient response.

I ordered an ipad of wowcher from this company over 2 weeks ago and I've only just heard back I'm hoping it will be delivered by end of week quite a quick email back to try resolve the issue

I ordered an iPad using Wowcher from this company. Despite emailing and calling with all details still to get a response of any kind. Online ordering mailbox is full. Hopefully get the iPad today as becoming frustrated with lack of communication. Since my negative review Inctablet contacted me assured the order was being processed. They stated the volume of orders was excessive thus the delay in dispatching my ipad. I was kept updated and the iPad arrived today. Fully satisfied Unfortunately after positive updated review ipad had to be returned as battery would not hold charge. I have been unable to use iPad since I bought it early November. Unsure when I will receive ipad back from company. Would not recommend

The measure of a business is in how they deal with problems. Dealing in refurbished 'tech' stuff is prone to problems . . . . IncTablet dealt with my minor problem incredibly quickly and effectively. We'll definitely return.

I ordered a 40mm Apple Watch to help me with my fitness goals, they then wrote me an email shortly after I ordered saying it just ran out of stock. But they kindly offered me an upgrade to the 44mm free of charge. I was delighted!!

At first I did want to get the 44mm, but I was on a budget and could only afford the 40mm.

I initially had a delivery issue but it was my mistake, contacted by inc tablet who were extremely courteous and helpful. Recieved an apple ipad air, i have ordered other refurbished items from different companies but this was by far the beat quality. Was like brand new packaged well and has made my son very happy without having to break the bank. Would definitely recommend this service

Had a little technical problem but was quickly resolved. Had a call from the company which was apologetic and very helpful and friendly.

The two phones I received were in excellent condition, however there was no box as promised and I chose to return them. I received a courtesy call to check whether I wanted another product sent out as replacement but as this was not wanted a refund was issued quickly and efficiently.
