The price we received on this carpet was better than competitive, the installation was prompt, professional, and made us glad again we had chosen Independent Carpet One.

The floor looks great
The floor looks great, however, it's not finished. It was installed June 26, 2017 and still isn't completed. I initiate calls to inquire and haven't received call back.

I had a great experience selecting the right carpet and pad for our condo. The sales team was knowledgeable, they communicated with me throughout the order process, and installation was scheduled within my time frame. The carpet looks great. Our Sales Person / Interior Decorator, Janet, was amazing! Her knowledge of the products, her ability to mix and match our new vinyl floor with our new carpet made the rooms look perfect!
Our installers for both the vinyl floor and the carpeting were friendly, prompt, professional and efficient.
