Defective alpinestars gloves, falling to bits after less than 2 months will very minimal riding (social not commuting, less than 600miles total) Customer service very poor. Advised they will need to be sent away for a warranty claim and will take 4 weeks to be processed. Leaving me without gloves and out of pocket.

Would avoid for any future purchases.

I have had an ongoing problem with a Shoei helmet that I bought from Infinity and every time I have visited the store to resolve it the staff there have been more than helpful, returning it to Shoei on my behalf. I visited again today as the problem had recurred and the issue was dealt with immediately. Josh and the team at Infinity Farnborough took the view that three times returning with the same issue was more than enough for any customer and took steps to ensure that this time the issue was solved once and for all - really couldn't hope for better service. I can't recommend Infinity enough and in particular the staff at their Farnborough store.

Carla gave good advice at trial fit of the Shoei Glamster.
My ordered helmet turned out to be out of stock (Shoei Glamster).
Nick made a few calls and price matched the replacenent.Thanks again

After receiving a damaged product. A few email and Denis from the Watford branch swapped faulty unit out no problem. Great company and customer service. Will be back when next need motorbike equipment

Awful! Terrible costumer service. I absolutely agree in every single point with a review that's says: If I could give a minus 5 starts I would. No delivery of merchandise, no refund, no apology they keep my £240 to. Their mantra seems to be: No, delivery, no refund, no replacment, scincere apology. Absolutely no shame scandalous that they can operate in this way openly without being held accountable by anyone.

No, there was no delivery. You admitted that the courier has lost it. Never send a proof to "second shipping" (replacement). That GPS, if you really want to rely upon? Proves really nothing, but you can still use it if you want to, it shows if (genuine gps data)? my neighbour direction. Door picture shows no number. What is shocking though, that you are willing to be taken to county court and increasing cost for yourselfs that admitting that you delivery company lost it, as your emails says.

Following a hiccup of the wrong colour item being sent to me the customer service to rectify the issue was excellent. Great communication and fast resolution. Would definitely use again 😁

Farnborough shop staff esp helpful. On several occasions turned up and no stock despite online showing stock - this is with several shops.

I went in to return an item that was ordered on-line. I was met by Andy who delt with the return without any issues. Andy then assisted when I was still looking for a pair of textile trousers offering advice on the items I looked at. After trying on a pair of trousers, the correct leg length had to be ordered, Andy went on line but the item showed "low stock" and as it was a Sunday, there was no way of telling just how low. Andy ordered the item regardless and informed me that he would contact the warehouse first thing Monday morning the give me an update. True to his word, I received the call the following morning informing me that the item was indeed in stock and would be delivered to the store. Its not often that people follow through with calls etc, so was very happy with the service that I received and will return in the future for more purchases.

Incredible service. Placed an order for a paddock stand and it was delivered within 24hrs. What made this even more impressive was that it took place over Saturday and Sunday!
The price was also the most competitive.
Highly recommended.

Fast delivery, product as described, but security tags left on both garments, so I had to go to the nearest store to get them taken off!!
The whole point of ordering online is that you don’t have to go to the store!!!
