Order made on website and received confirmation of order only to be sent email 3 days later telling me they did not have the item. Message from seller. "Thank you for placing an order with Infinity Motorcycles.

At the time your order was placed, the availability of the item you ordered was very low. Having checked all locations within the company, we’re very sorry to say that we have completely sold out of all stock in the style, colour and size that you ordered. Unfortunately, we have no plans to restock it in the future. As this is the case, we will can either offer an alternative for you or we can get this cancelled and processed by our refund team for you."

I've ordered from this company a few times. First order went perfectly with no issues. So, I went back to them to order some summer riding gear.

I placed 2 orders one for gloves and the other for a jacket, and boots. I received confirmation from their courier (DPD) that the boots and jacket were on their way not long after, but didn't received any dispatch confirmation for the gloves until several days later even though both orders had been placed on the same day.

The boots and jacket arrived on time, only for the jacket to be completely different to the one I ordered. So I placed a second order for the correct jacket as I did not want to wait until they got my return for them to ship out the correct jacket. I phoned them up to find out what was going on with my gloves, and I'm fairly certain they had simply forgotten about the order as I received dispatch confirmation very quickly after that phone call.

I phoned them up again to follow up on the jacket I re-ordered and was told that they couldn't find it in the warehouse and that there was no guarantee they would find it so they had to order some more in from their supplier but this could take a week. On their website delivery times for this item were still being advertised as within 3 working days, so I don't understand why I wasn't informed of these issues or why the delivery time on the website wasn't changed. If there are supply issues customers should be informed of this and not have to chase up orders that may never arrive.

At this point I asked them to just cancel the order and I would order the jacket from somewhere else as I couldn't wait that long. To their credit, the customer service representatives were very apologetic, and helpful in resolving these issues and expedited refunds. So, the 3 stars are for the customer service team, but I don't think I will be ordering from here again unfortunately. Unless I can't find an item I want elsewhere.

personally had to come over to say how incredible the staff are here....1 item missing from the order, and they reacted so quickly that it was with me in the morning, i was astonished! Impressed :)

I have frequenty visited infinity camberly many times and taken mates there to kit up as they join our group, recently i purchased a new visor for myself and didnt realy feel the attention was realy there ,i think they had a big clear out or something ? The jacket i was interested in i was left to
Help myself with the choice and on the end the size want there and i just felt it was a lot of money to re new my kit ! .... i was told the sizes were not available at this branch but aldershot had them on stock (black oxford jeans )

Next day i went to infinity aldershot and i was greeted by a young man who quite frankly stayed with me for the 40mins i spent at the shop considering a furthur purchase of an Alpine star jacket and waterproof trousers, turned out they didnt have the sizes i was after any way ???? But still purchased the same product in a different colour , this sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable in the products available and the sizes that were in stock ! I felt he went over and above without pressing me to make my mind up and gave me confidence in my taking time to try on the correct size , nothing seemed too much for him to make a pleasant sale , a credit to the store indeed .

I have been inspired and felt it worthy of note that this young man was genuinly passionate , knowlidgable and overall driven to confirm my purchase was satisfactory , i shall be making my way to aldershot more often , we talked about my interest in bikes and he advised me that there were some improvements to the new upcomming cardo system as he noticed i had used one in my group .

You can not give me a price on a battery

Into York store for some new Helmets. As usual great staff with great knowledge. We have never been dissapointed with the staff at York, good banter with Chris James new boy Scott and the others. Chris dealt with us in store and made sure we got sorted with what we wanted as always. They certainly know there stuff.

Visited the York store last week for a new jacket, brilliant help and advice from the guys and bought a Merlin Coplow Eco. So impressed with the jacket I phoned them the next day to see if they had one in my wife's size. They did and put it aside for me to collect the next day.
Back in the store again today for jeans for my wife and myself and once again excellent help and advice from Erfan who had helped with the second jacket last week.
I always buy from Infinity in York because you can rely on the quality of their products and the friendliness, help and advice froom Manager Chris. and the whole team.

Initially ordered Shoei GT Air 3 helmet on website, received a email stating there was an IT issue with the website and the helmet size was not in stock, they offered a replacement or full refund, I choose a more expensive Shoei helmet and they honoured the original price, also received a voucher to spend due to the inconvenience, have to say first class customer service and would highly recommend.

I have had a very positive experience with Infinity Motorcycles. Their exchange and return policy is excellent, and the staff have always been helpful and easy to deal with.

I also really like their rewards system. After every purchase, you receive vouchers and points, which can be used towards future orders.

The only area I feel could be improved is stock availability, especially with some sizes and products. On a few occasions, I had to buy from somewhere else because my size or the item I wanted was not available.

Overall, I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Infinity Motorcycles.

Would never shop here again.
Bought a garage mat for my partners birthday. Arrived & was the wrong one even though the packaging is clear, don’t know how you could make that mistake. Sent it back and it’s now been a week & I’ve not received my replacement despite them receiving the return on monday. Missed my partners birthday. Careless mistakes and then don’t even send me my replacement!

measure of a good company is what they do if there is an issue, ordered an item online which was later found to be updated as out of stock, called customer service, spoke to a gentleman called aaron, who was swift to resolve and source a replacement, 10/10

Received my new helmet in record time but noticed a missing pin lock visor pin the following morning. Spoke with Arun and received replacement the next day.

Liked the look of a pair of Richa Turbo gloves for the coming summer so decided to look around for some with a sale price. Saw some advertised on Infinity Motorcycle website so ordered them. They arrived quickly but upon opening the package they were not the same ones as in the picture on the website, although they were in a Turbo bag and had Turbo on the label of the glove I can only assume they were from a previous Turbo design and not exactly what I was looking for.
Very disappointed

Infinity Clapham High Steet. A visit to this shop today to look for a jacket and trousers as I was in the area. On arriving three staff members standing at the entrance to the clothing side didnt move out of the way and not once was I asked if I needed any help. Lots of bad language in the conversation not sure of staff names but one of them I am surprised he was even able to stand up and walk by the sounds of it he may have been a manger! Really Infinity?. That may have been why he didnt move when we arrived! Its unfortunate and won't be going back. and would recommend not taking your kids in there. Far from interested the customer and more interested in each other. Infinity, maybe get some secret shoppers in to test how really bad your staff are!!
Appreciate your reply, delivery boxes? Not sure that has any regard to my post. If your staff are standing at the entrance to the clothing department one would expect at a minimum a Hello or welcome. I would suggest that if your staff are having a huddle, team meeting that this is carried out elsewhere or when the store is closed. It comes solely down to customer service and the customer experience. Not difficult just right training with the right people!

Ordered a paddock stand which I needed before heading off on tour. The delivery time was promised for the following Friday, 5 days from the date of the order, but it didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday, the day before the trip. So a bit nervy.
When I asked where the order was I received a quick and polite reply telling me what I needed to know. The stand was well priced and exactly what I needed. Overall a good experience, I would just allow more time for the delivery.

I recently purchased a leather Dainese jacket from Infinity Stevenage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Pete, who assisted me, was really professional and had great knowledge, superb help. Made sure I found exactly the right fit and style.
The quality of service and customer care was outstanding from start to finish.
Made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It felt as if they care about
their customers.

Ordered a Bikers Jacket, delivered very quickly but unfortunately too small. Easy return system free of charge. Re-ordered next size and perfect fit.

Popped into the Southampton store on weekend for my first time and within minutes Dave was on hand to assist with my needs in picking some trousers and help sizing up a helmet , he defo made shopping a enjoyable experience.
