Bought a helmet online - Infinity took payment. Waited 6 days, the estimated delivery date came and went - no communication about it. I emailed asking for an update. The next day I was told the helmet was never in stock and to pick a different one. Total waste of my time, plus I have to wait for a refund now - not a small amount of money tied up. Never again.

My husband and I called into Infinity, Boucher Road, Belfast as he needed new gear for a big trip coming up. Donna assisted us. She had excellent knowledge of the products, a great personality and was very helpful. He got everything he needed and a left the store smiling. We will be back 😁

I needed a few essentials to upgrade my gear so I could stay safe, dry, and warm.
After browsing online and deciding what I needed, I called the Holborn store and was pleased to find they had my size in stock. For some reason, I expected the store to be bigger, but the size certainly did not let down the selection available.
As soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed straight away, which unfortunately is not something I can say I’ve experienced in every motorcycle-related environment.
Both members of staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They showed me several glove styles and different sizes until we found the pair that felt most functional for my needs. They also reassured me about boot sizing, provided helpful product information, and explained the aftercare clearly.
I also picked up an intercom, which they were happy to quickly fit into my helmet and help me set up.
At no point did I feel pushed into buying anything, which is rare these days. It was refreshing to deal with people who seemed more focused on making sure I was happy with my choice than on simply making a sale.
A genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to the team for making me feel welcome, listened to, and well looked after.

Great customer service. I had a slight problem with an order and after a call to Arun it was resolved immediately. I couldn’t have asked for any better solution. I use Infinity Motorcycles a lot and all of their team provide an excellent service and their prices are good.

If only it could be a minus score! Ordered some Klim trousers for next day delivery and showing in stock. Emailed me to say they had an issue and would be sent out next day. Then emailed to say no stock and they were not planning to get any more in so either choose something else or we give you your money back in 5 working days!!! Eventually got the money back straight away. Just checked the site and exactly the same item still showing in stock for next day delivery. A frustrating mistake but to still be trying to sell stock they don't have????

Dissapointed. Firstly, the store staff are lovely, thank you. But I made a purchase online for delivery to store (a jacket, so that I could check it for fit before commiting), it clearly said available online, it said it would be a 3 day delivery. A week later and having received no communication, I contacted the store, as a I mentioned, lovely staff, but was told that actually it wasnt in stock but it was coming from the manufacturer, they were apologetic and I appreciated that. Two further days passed, I tried to call the central line, they didnt want anything to do with the call and put me through to the store again even though it was an online purchase, who suggested it may be in that day (still waiting). Currently being at 8 days since order when It clearly said in stock and 3 day delivery and with no communication from them, I feel very let down. I had to borrow a jacket from a friend for my motorcycle training as even though I gave myself a full week for the order before I needed it, they didnt meet that reasonable expectation. If you say something is in stock, please have it in stock. If you say it will be 3 day delivery, please either meet that expectation or contact customers to let them know that there will be a delay. Your friendly store staff saved this from being a 1 star, this was not good service and my trust with infinity is now void.

Great online service throughout. I ordered a Shark Spartan RS Carbon helmet online at a discounted price on a Friday, a few hours later I realised that I needed a 2nd helmet cardo kit so ordered seperately online again from Infinity, both orders arrived next day (Saturday) unfortunately my Pinlock was missing so called the Infinity helpline 3.45pm on the Saturday and it was delivered without any dramas the next day. Sunday! Not bad as I wasn't expecting the helmet to even arrive until the Monday. Very happy customer.

I popped into Infinity motorcycles Gloucester just before Christmas. I can’t remember who I was dealing with at the time, but they showed me multiple textile waterproof jackets and trousers they were very informative. I decided I was going to pop back after Christmas to make the purchase. I dealt with Ollie and Rosie, which were both fantastic. I purchased the Richa Orion Gore-Tex jacket and trousers and upgraded the armour in the shoulders and elbows and added back protection. It fits and looks amazing I can’t wait to start using it. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases and would highly recommend.

Ordered a pin lock from this company. Three days in a row their courier did not turn up. When they eventually did the courier was rude and when I did not let them take a photo inside my house got back in their van saying, 'I don't have the package with me' when I could clearly see it in their hand. I rang Infinity who could not be less helpful; blaming everyone but themselves. Refused me a discount. Refused to apologise. Put the phone down on me twice. Its a pinlock not the crown jewels, just post it! Its become a massive time consuming epic that has got me highly annoyed. Will not shop with them again.

Called for an online enquiry with intention of collecting from the Southampton store, I could not get a word in edgeways, I thought the customer service at J&S was awkward, my first time trying Infinity and have gathered that it must be a Bike Shop thing or lack of common sense and decency. Ordered item. Easy to order using online website. Dispatch time was great. The very big letdown is their delivery courier, DPD. Item never received. After 4 days, canceled order and got refund. Maybe if they had an option for another courier, I might order from them, but as long as they use DPD, I think not.

So I ordered heated glove batteries they told me in stock out in a few days, this didn’t happen. Everytime I spoke to a customer service person they lied telling me it will be out for delivery that day…… I ended up having to chase them every single day for 2 weeks before I got an answer saying my item was dispatched now it’s turned up and the battery is faulty not holding a charge at all.

It's easy to handle things that go right, it's when they go wrong that things get truly tested, and Infinity Motorcycles passed that test with flying colours. They could have handled things so differently, and to be fair, would possibly have been justified in doing so. But not these guys, they listened, empathised, and went above and beyond to make sure I got sorted in the best possible way. They've scored a client for life with such an incredible dedication to customer service.

Wow — what an amazing experience at the MCL show! I’d been searching for the perfect Rukka ladies’ suit, and meeting Mike on the Infinity Motorcycles stand was absolutely the highlight of my day. His knowledge of Rukka was phenomenal, he knew every detail, gave brilliant advice on fit, and explained exactly what to expect from the Nivala suit. His guidance was spot-on, and thanks to him I’ve ended up with my dream gear. I’m now the VERY happy owner of the Nivala suit!
The whole Infinity Motorcycles team at MCL were a pleasure to deal with — friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate. And a huge shout-out to our local Huddersfield dealer team, Alex and Gina, who are always so helpful, knowledgeable, and great to deal with

My 6 month old Cardo headset failed and I went back to Infinity Oxford for advice, they agreed it wasn't right and sent it back to Cardo, who may or may not have received it, they certainly didn't fix and return it and the communication was dire! Infinity lads agreed to replace my unit for a brand new one from their stock, fitted the speakers and mic to my helmet while I waited and went above and beyond my expectations. I even got to use the staff loo as I was caught short. Super service, knowledgeable guys and always great service, they just need a coffee machine like Sports Bike Shop

Andy, the sales person; Glasgow shop, was helpful and didn't waffal even though I was looking at a significant purchase. He was patient and did his best to make me feel comfortable, encouraging me to take my time making my decision. Having sourced the required items for me to consider he put me under no pressure to buy rather encouraged me to be sure the purchase was what I wanted.
