Peter and his team are very experience to handle complex debt management. I have enjoyed using their professional service and would recommend any one to go to them directly rather than getting trapped with cowboys debt collection firm. Peter listen and make his approach professionally and delivers result.

Managed to retrieve a large sum for me from a company that appeared to be on the edge of insolvency. I received my funds back within one day of them resolving the matter. Big relief, so thanks.

I had a difficult debt to collect - a bunch of Nigerian cowboys who had no respect for contract law. Finally, on the recommendation of a friend I contacted Peter Murray who impressed me. He made me a deal on the spot, charged reasonable fees, and delivered. In 4 working after our interaction he achieved what I had failed to achieve with numerous emails and calls.

It is clear he 'loves his job'. It's a small firm, but well run, and right to the point.

I will definitely be using him on all future dealings where/if I run into unscrupulous operators.

Wow. Peter Murray is amazing after phoning him about a company that I was concerned about. He advised me exactly what to do after his efficient research. They had a maximum risk credit rating and had a large CCJ against them and he said I needed to put to the front of the queue. He did this and I was paid within 4 hours. Be careful with this company as they will likely overcharge you. Their terms are 10% recovery fee (+ other upfront costs) if the claim is not disputed and 20% if the claim is disputed.
I doubt very much if they have ever charged the 10% rate. I was charged the 20% rate just because the debtor said to I&L that the account wasn’t agreed in one email just to stall payment. In fact the debtor paid the full amount as initially requested and accepted that there was no dispute. However I still got charged the higher amount.
What they have done is not ethical and I feel conned. To be fair I&L eventually settled on a 15% fee because I let them know how aggrieved I was and I guess they knew they were overcharging me. I just don’t like dealing with companies that are not straight in their dealings.

I have used Insolvency & Law on a number of occasions to help me recover debt.

In each case (forgive the pun), the service has been efficient and effective.

It was agreed to arranged A Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) this was carefully controlled ,and negotiated by Peter Murray

The end result was that we were cleared at the end of 2018 , during
this period we continued on working and kept our home.

The experience has been expensive as we received payment but were expecting the fee to be 20% but was charged 30%. Please ensure you check everything. We were disappointed as we were advised that the customer disputed even though they then paid in full the following day.
