What a fantastic ,quick and professional experience, from day of putting in my claim to getting my new iPad 9 days ,no fuss no inconvenience, just 10/10 experience, thank you

We were not informed until after trying to obtain 3 quotes that Integra had recommended contractors. This slowed the process down. We made our original claim in mid-June and the work was finally undertaken in mid-September.
The process is still not complete as we feel the product installed is not correct.

Brilliant no hassle, never made a claim before, sent my claim and within the specified 5 working days I was reimbursed. Definitely recommend.

Not a positive experience. Throughout our claim we have had to chase Integra & especially their assessors, Mayday, for updates, (having to phone Mayday quite a few times saying we've emailed them as requested to upload proof, however, they dont look at their inbox unless prompted!)
There had been little feedback from either party on progess.
Although it has had a positive outcome we'll avoid this company as underwriters going forward.

My claim was a little slow to process but all done simply and easily to a successful resolution

The quick response was really helpful. The loss adjuster was very clear and informative. The claim was settled sooner than expected.

Integra insurance have sorted my issue with the main water supply to my property. They have been brilliant from start to finish listening to me handling the job follow up up to a high standard and complete satisfaction. Thank you very much for all stuff from admin team to labour I would highly recommend Integra.

This has been the insurance claim with the least hassle I have ever made - although not made many. Friendly, straightforward and efficient.

Straightforward process had to download an email to their site to surport my claim but otherwise no complaints.

Easy to submit claim and estimates. Got regular e-mails to let me know what stage the claim was at. Despite not speaking to any person there was a telephone number on each of the e-mails that I could call to speak to staff if I wished.
Whan claim was approved the money was in my bank account very soon after.

Although took a long time to sort due to the nature of the claim the service through out was efficient and very pleasant personal. Particularly the decoration at the end was to a high standard and nothing too much trouble.

Waste of time ,got told was getting paid out early last week still waiting ,was on holiday a month ago and house flood from leaking toilet ,lost ever thing in living room etc ,still sat on deck chairs no flooring or any thing, that Mayfield or what ever u call it a joke to ,

I had an unexpected leak from an upstairs water pipe which brought down part of my kitchen ceiling. I contacted Integra to explain what had happened. I received a full explanation of what to expect and the process to restore my house to its original condition. The assessor came out within a few days following the repair of my leak. The process from then on went relatively smoothly apart from a hitch with the company sent to remove the sodden plaster from my walls, which was out of Integra’s control. I was kept informed of the next steps throughout the process. The only reason I dropped a star was because of the length of time it took to receive payment to cover the cost of repairs (plastering and redecorating). Otherwise I’ve been happy with the level of service received.

I was willing to give a 5 Stars about my experience with Integra they were superb and the ladies who I spoke to were always polite and so helpful. I had two quotes for a damaged kitchen floor after a water leak underneath. They gave me the go ahead for lower quote but the builder concerned failed to turn up and never contacted me. I contacted Integra and spoke to a helpful gentleman who asked for another quote which I supplied. They then put it into the hands of William Pitt assessors who were absolutely useless. The gentleman I dealt with was very polite but had not got a clue what the repair was about and asked the most ridiculous questions which i knew the answers and I’m not a builder. They eventually agreed a replacement builder, who has been and done a superb job. They sent me an email to accept payment which I replied to. I had not heard a thing about my money and had to pay out of my money. I contacted mayday and received a reply stating the gent had gone on holiday and had not bothered to contact Integra re payment and this person sent the email for me. I have now had a message re payment. This job should have cost under £5000 but I would hate to think what it cost after the fiasco including William Pitt costs. The job did not require their use. This is where Insurance companies waste money obviously putting up premiums. I was so happy until William Pitt were involved.

Amazing service. Easy to follow, helpful and very efficient. Constantly kept updated and great end result.

To be honest I never expect insurance claims to go smoothly but I cannot fault this company for there prompt action, all settled within 10 days.

Integra are the Underwriters for my house insurance. My wife had an unfortunate accident whereby she was ironing clothes etc and accidentally knocked the ironing board, causing the hot iron to fall onto the carpet, causing a burn on the carpet surface in the shape of the iron. It was in the middle of the carpet and couldn’t be hidden. I contacted my insurance company to make a claim for a replacement carpet. Integra sent me a Claim form via email which was easy to complete( even for me at 75years) including photographs. I submitted the completed form on the Thursday and received a message on the following Tuesday informing me that my Claim was successful and that the quoted cost of replacement (less the Excess) would be in my Bank Account within 5 working days. That to me was a worry-free excellent service, for which my wife and I were very grateful.
