Ordered ages ago and paid quite a bit for delivery but still waiting. I chased it last Friday and was reassured it’d be here early this week but still nothing. I’ll have to report this company.

Found exactly what I needed to repair my freezer door, great postage really fast, saved me buying a new fridge, great company

Needed a replacement LED light holder unit for a Lamona cooker hood extractor. This came as a double unit complete with integral wiring. The service was first class from ordering to speedy delivery.

Online site was easy to navigate. The item was exactly as described. Delivery was quick. No fuss no hassle, would buy from them again

make order online but then looked again and it was the wrong one phoned them and straight away the lady noticed it was the wrong draw and re did the order with right draw and refunded me the difference a few days later the draw arrive well paced and correct part

Bought an oven bulb. Lasted 24 hours before it blew. Contacted then and got no reply. Bought another bulb from different company and absolutely fine.
I would not go there again.

Interspares and in particular Simon in the spares department was super efficient. I have a 25 year old Falcon Range cooker and I needed a rubber door seal for the main oven. I had tried to order this part from a company called Repairtech and even though they came out at a cost of £168 to see what I needed they could not source this part but still charged me. Interspares, on the other hand, came to my rescue, over the phone and at no cost other than the cost of the door seal. It was sent within the week. It fits perfectly and I am a very happy customer. I can highly recommend Interspares! Well done.

Parts took 2 weeks to arrive despite listed as in stock.
Motor was faulty, various emails sent for advice, no replies. Telephoned, and was told the email address used doesn't exist despite being listed on website. Was then told they would look into it. No response received. Equipment needed to be fixed for Christmas. Investigation into the new motor discovered it had been dropped, and the case was deformed. In the end used bits of the old motor to repair the new one. Still never received any answer or assistance to any emails from this company.

Perfect part came within a couple of days. Great choice and in stock.

Ordered a replacement freezer door however it arrived without the base foot to connect to the freezer. I submitted a return and sent the item back, requesting a replacement part. I followed up with emails however have yet to receive a response and the replacement door with all parts intact. A disappointing experience

I ordered a pair of door seals for my Smeg fridge freezer in November. Compatibility and dimensions were checked on their website and the correct seals were ordered. When the parts arrived, the fridge door seal was correct, however the freezer door seal was far too big and clearly incorrect. I sent an email highlighting the problem to which there was no response. It was at this point I read some reviews of this company. It seems i am not the only customer who has experienced problems.
The incorrectly supplied seal was repackaged and sent back with a request for the correct seal. I paid for a tracked courier return service for the item because the free returns service through the companies website was not tracked and did not provide any proof of delivery. I had also read on other reviews that they had claimed returned items had not been received and refused refunds.
After I knew the item had been successfully returned another email was sent requesting the correct seal I had originally ordered to be supplied. This was met once again with no response.
At this point I was left with no other option than to request a refund. Fortunately I had used PayPal for this transaction, so after opening a case and providing all the information and proof of return, after approximately 2 months since the order was placed the refund was received. The seal has now been supplied correctly by a more reputable company.
If the item you require is only available from this company then you might be lucky and get the correct part. If the part you require is available from other companies, use one of them.
The customer service provided by this company is non-existent and are not interested in rectifying their own mistakes. They do not deserve your custom and recommend you avoid using them. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Easy to use website, found the part I wanted right away even though I thought there was no chance of finding it as my fridge/freezer is so old.
