Good website, fast delivery

A little bit early to fully judge but so far I’ve been sent the wrong item twice and delivery was very slow (2 weeks) so would be a problem if your item was urgent. I’ve ordered again (1 week ago) so hopefully it’s third time lucky.
I’ve returned the two unwanted items after completing the online form but have had no communication back after 8 days so let’s see how quickly that’s sorted out.

Ordered the part I needed, received it within 3 days, excellent service.

The delivery was very quick and the item I ordered is excellent. Very happy with the service I received.

Great service, quick and easy. The product ( cooker hood control unit) has a fault (the fan doesn't work on level 2, but works on 1 & 3) which was only discovered when installed, the customer is OK at present as she only uses level 3.

Quick delivery. Good communications. Good product .

The worst customer service — avoid!
I have been waiting for my order for nearly a month and a half (since 07/11/25). There has been no communication regarding the delay. I had to call them and send multiple emails. I asked to cancel my order, but received no response. A very bad experience.

After two weeks I have yet to receive part. Chased after a week to be told part I had ordered was 'damaged' and unsure if would be able to supply. No call back. I have left two messages and two emails to see if 'damaged' part has the piece I need. No response. Shocking customer service. Only option left is to report to credit card provider to try to obtain a refund. I would not recommend at all. UPDATE - Issue STILL not resolved. I did have an email asking if I want to cancel or they can try to supply with NO ETA date. I responded again asking if the damaged part they had shown in stock had the piece undamaged. NO RESPONSE. I have now given up and asked for refund ..... NO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHAM. I have never ever dealt with a company who has such shocking lack of any customer service. Emails go unanswered for days and when they eventually do respond with a question the answer back is ignored. I am not holding my breath I will get my refund without going through my credit card provider and Trading Standards. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

My first encounter with this company was very good, and they communicated and delivered in a timely fashion. In August 2025 I ordered a replacement door seal for a tumble dryer. The order #246942 was accepted and payment made. I enquired as to the status of the order after 10 days as it was marked 'In Progress'. I received a reply that it would be chased up with the manufacturer. On Sep 19th I enquired again, but no reply. On Nov 8th I enquired again, but no reply. I also left a message via their website - no reply.
I have probably lost my money. I would be wary of using this company again.
27 Nov 2025 - email from Interspares apologising for delays, but it now transpires that item is not available. I presume the original review above had some influence. Full refund received, so I'll up my rating to 3 stars.

Interspares rescued us when a freezer issue arose. They quickly identified the part we needed and it arrived the next day and was easily dealt with. A big thank you to all involved. Bob, Swindon

Arrived in a couple of days, they had a near perfect match for the part I needed. Fitted it myself. Now the buttons panel on my extractor hob work and I've saved lots of money by fixing and not having to replace.

Having been reassured that they could supply the parts I wanted in blue, I ordered a freezer drawer and a bottle shelf for a Logik fridge freezer. When I ordered online it stated that both parts were in stock. However, after a week, I hadn’t heard anything from them so I emailed. The first email was ignored so I emailed again. This time, I was informed that due to high demand, the item had gone out of stock! Strange, as at the point of ordering, they were available! They then proceeded to tell me that they were expecting a new delivery of these spare parts the next day! It was nearly another week before they finally arrived. To cap it all off, when I opened the parcel up, the bottle shelf was not even in blue as promised! Not impressed!

This company was recommended by a kitchn fitting company for a spare part I had been unable to find previously. I ordered by phone on Wednesday and the correct part was delivered on Friday. Superb service.

Quick and easy from order to delivery. 4 stars because price seemed a bit expensive for a plastic drawer.

I ordered a freezer seal, and never received it. Lots if emailing back, and forth, with them stating they were awaiting the part, and then it was arriving in 3 weeks,then still nothing. I sent more emails, and was ignored.
