Delivery signatures impractical on low value, low volume orders
It is not disclosed at check out that signature is required for delivery. I am in and out throughout the day on client appointments so will likely miss the delivery. I appreciate the positive intent of protection for high volume, high dollar orders; but, for a single low value order itâs impractical.

With Home Delivery, FedEx leaves a slip on your door if you are not available, which can be signed and then they will leave the item the next day when they come by. Home Delivery also includes them attempting the delivery on Saturday as well. I ordered products. They were shipped white glove. Evidently that means they are not returnable. READ CAREFULLY. What showed up was cheap looking and didnât look like the picture - cushion was cream and not white. The gray wood looked ridiculous. Now they have a whole lot of my money and Iâm left super disappointed.

Large expensive items like the counter stools you ordered are shipped via freight and delivered white glove free of charge as a courtesy to ensure the item arrives to you in perfect condition and not dumped at your front. With white glove deliveries the delivery is scheduled, the item unpacked and brought into your room of choice, and then the delivery agent takes away any crates, pallets, or large boxes that the item shipped in so you don't have to deal with them. Unfortunately, because there is no packaging material to return the item and the likelihood the item would get damaged on the return shipping if not packaged properly, we do not offer returns on them.
