Great clothes and great prices
Great, easy to work with retailed. I've loved all the clothes I've gotten from them, and for those that didn't fit right, I was able to return them easily.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience, but if I am paying for shipping I expect to get it before items i order with free shipping just my opinion, I ordered something same time in a further region with free shipping and got it two days sooner

Slow Service, Inaccurate Web Inventory
I really take time to make a decision when it comes to buying clothes online, and it’s frustrating that when I finally decided to buy they were beyond slow to inform me they were sold out. I wanted these for an event that is now over.
I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Jack Threads. I ordered a pair of shoes on Wed, Sept 27th, but wasn’t informed they were sold out until Friday, October 6th. I messaged after a few days of not seeing an update on my order status, and I was informed my order would be shipped soon. Why was I not informed they were sold out when I messaged the first time?

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, but actually receiving my purchase has been very disappointing. I still have not received my purchase and have not received any tracking information. One of the main reasons I use Amazon so frequently is they keep me well informed from purchase through delivery. I did receive an email weeks after my order they discovered my shipment was lost during shipping and were sending another shipment. I’m anxious to see how this one goes. Purchase was for my son’s July 8th birthday, so I am hopeful.

Horrible Service, Quality Products
After over a week of no updates, I had to reach out to jackthreads for help only for them to tell me that ONE item out of my order was not available and that my order wasn't shipped because of that reason. If I never would have reached out initially, I doubt I would have even received my order. I am going through the same thing now with my current order which has seen no progress in a week.
