Say What???

I was charged for an order I never received. I then sent follow up emails to JT and even messaged them. No response. I had to Google their 1-800 number and called them only to receive a voicemail. Didn't bother leaving one as I don't anticipate them calling me back based on my attempts to contact them.

Greedy Theives

I ordered some clothes, kept some, sent some back. A week later I was charged for the clothes I sent back. I called customer support, they gave my money back. 3 days ago I was charged for clothes I didn't have anything to do with. Where is costumer support? Away from the freaking desks I guess. I've left numerous voicemails, emails, etc. No replys. It was a good idea, too bad they are nothing but greedy theives.

They don't answer customer service at all

I set up a TryOuts order and they made the order final sale. They won't answer any customer service emails or phone calls. I've tried contacting them multiple times. Their website is a scam.

TryOuts is fake! They will "forget" to send a return label and force you to pay full price

And when you call customer service, they say it's "outside of business hours" and you have to leave a message, even though according to the hours they give you you're calling at the correct time. They claim there's a way to "message" and "e-mail" them online, but there's only a browser-based form to send an e-mail that they apparently never respond to. You will never hear back and by then your tryout will expire and you will have to pay for everything, including the stuff you didn't want.

Not sure if it's a scam or just badly run.

No customer service - horrible

Been a customer for 6 months, no problems at all. I liked most of their stuff. Made my last order, received the package and was charged. I ordered 2 backpacks wanted to return 1. Called, emailed and texted Customer Service for 2 weeks no response at all. Don't order anything. They're dumping merchandise on customers and not responding to tryouts. You'll have to keep everything you ordered

Awful Customer Service

I ordered a hat from this site (first time using it) and paid extra money to have two day delivery. The package was supposed to arrive on February 15, and it is now February 24 and I have not received any confirmation of the item being shipped, but my bank account was charged. I have been calling and leaving emails for the past two weeks with no response. DO NOT purchase from this company unless you're looking to throw your money away.

I have used this site many times and have had so-so experiences. However; just like everybody else on this site, I have not heard back about an order I placed and never received. I have emailed twice, called and tried to chat. The chat is not available and no one picks up at their customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!

What is going on? Cant get anyone to answer calls or emails or chat or texts? For a week now!

I have ordered from this company for several years and never had a problem. Suddenly, I need to exchange a defective product and CANNOT get anyone to return my calls/emails/texts/chats/facebook messages! Its been a week now. What is going on? Is the company shutting down? The calls go straight to voicemail. The voicemail tells you to hit them up via chat thru the app or thru the website. Guess what? Chat is forever offline. No response to text messages. Looks like I will have to part ways with this company.

Does anyone still work there?

I have been a happy customer for years. I think they be going out of business I have tried to contact customer service for a week and half without reaching anyone. Buyer beware - I don't know what happened but I would not trust them with an order right now.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN

I have been a customer for about 2 years of this app. Customer service used to be ok before, NOW I CALLED LITERALLY ABOUT 25 TIMES, 5 EMIALS AND EVEN THE CHAT DOESNT WORK. i was sent orders with missing parts, wrong sizes and cant reach anybody since a week and half ago. Keep in mind I have probably bought stuff worth thousands of $$so far, my last order was $300 alone. Guess what! NEVER AGAIN!!

These guys are serial email spammers. I have unsubscribed to their emails 5 times and I'm still getting emails from them. Frustrating.

Horrible experience!

Ordered a gift card for Christmas. Received an email stating that it would arrive on December 26th. Really?!! Never received tracking info despite multiple attempts to contact customer service. Had I ordered a pair of socks, I probably would have received them in a timely fashion...I ordered a $150 gift card and it will arrive LATE and after the fact! Horrible experience...horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from Jack Threads again.

Painfully Slow Order Process

I originally ordered a christmas present on black friday 11/25 (sunglasses) due to the great deal they had. The order took almost 2 weeks to arrive due to their warehouse supposedly getting overwhelmed from the holiday shopping. As this company is several years old you would think that they would account for the surge of orders during the holidays. I suppose they have failed to do so. Finally my sunglasses arrived but were damaged and dirty as if they were used. After chatting with customer support I was assured a replacement would be sent out and they would upgrade the shipping to 3 day due to my concern of the slow shipment process the first time. Again the order sat and didn't ship until Dec 14th, almost a week after I had requested the replacement and after I posted a complaint on their facebook page. Now today I got an email from Jack Threads stating that my order has arrived, but after checking the tracking number with UPS it is still in transit for delivery. Keep in mind I was assured a 3 day shipping process. It is december 21st now and my replacement order was submitted December 8th after my original order on November 26th.... Be warned! Do not use this company if you expect to get your merchandise in a timely manner. Their shipping estimates they provide are grossly inaccurate. I will never use this company again.

Double charged and no product

I ordered a jacket for my son and was immediately charged the full price on my card. No free tryout price. That was bad. Then when the jacket was out for delivery, I was charged again. Customer service states they are open at 9 am but when calling they were closed at 9:38 am. Used the instant message, but they werent there either. No jacket, charged twice.

Distasteful conduct and premature assumptions of consumer fraud. Don't do business with this company.

I attempted to make a purchase with this company under their try out before you pay program. I ordered two sizes of shoes each from four pairs, so that I can determine what size out of the four pairs fits better. The oder went through and I was sent a confirmation receipt. As the oder never arrived, no other contact was made with me, I made contact with the company's customer service department six days later where the eventually told me that my oder was cancelled by the "customer protection department" listing among other reasons in part, that as a result of "their study of other customers, my Oder was too large to be convenient for me." Upon further looking into it, I noticed that my address was flagged as invalid.

Now, common sense dictates that when "customer protection departments" are involved, fraud is primarily a concern. Upon my confrontation of the false assumption of fraud, I was given a response that included several legal terms all amounting to a conclusion that "they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any or no reason...." Be that as it may, they however don't have a right to make false assumptions about consumers.

Long story short, as isolated as this incident may or may not be, this is what a company like this is capable of. I wouldn't suggest doing business with a company that has such distasteful practice.

TryOuts DO work! They're excellent.

The people who have had problems are either A) extremely unique cases or B) incapable of reading. I have had nothing but positive experiences with TryOuts and JackThreads in general. I'd say the only downside is that I originally loved them for their deals, but they've recently reinvented themselves and started selling normal / high priced clothing. It's better quality, but I liked those cheaper brands like Goodale and the J Jones sneakers/ Shoes. They were cheaper and just better for my whole look.

Anyway, I just saw these negative reviews and thought they were very undeserved. JackThreads is a great company with excellent customer service and a flawless app.

Great Stuff

I've been buying stuff from them for over two years, I've never had a single issue. The clothes are stylish, and a couple times a year they have a huge clearance sale. Jack Threads is one of the 4-5 stores I shop from online to get all my clothes. Can't go wrong with them!

7 years and NO Problems.

I find it comical at the bad reviews from people calling Jack Threads a "scam". I have been a customer of Jack Threads 7 wonderful years and I have not ran into one problem. Not. One. First thing, Tryouts WORK. I ordered 3 items last week. They arrived ON SCHEDULE this week. Sent one item back. Second thing, you have to READ the return policy on the website/app before you order the item (stated right below the item description). They are not going to spoon feed you EVERYTHING. If you want to return an item, you have to go to the website, hit return, fill out what you want returned, and print yourself a return shipping label. It takes 2 FREAKIN MINUTES. Yes, you got to stand in line at the post office. So what if it takes you 20 minutes. You wasted 30 MINUTES of your time complaining in a damn review. I've returned my fair share of items over the years (20+ Items) and I have not had a problem with Jack Threads. Seems like some people writing these reviews are too lazy to read, so when it's too late, they call out "SCAM!"when it's really THEIR fault they don't get their money back. Jack Threads even sends me VIP discount coupons to use ON TOP of their already discounted garments. Customer for life. Do not be persuaded by these bad reviews and the lazy keyboard warriors who stand behind said reviews.

Tryout program isn't ready!

They are marketing this as a new fully functional option, however, my order was CANCALED and they said it was because my
Order value was to much and they were still working out bugs. I perhaps wouldn't have been mad if they atlerted me a day after I ordered, but they told me only 2-3 days before my order should arrive! Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest shops (I need clothes for my vacation). They did give me a $20 dollar credit, but I will probably be spending even more on gas to get to the stores.

Plus they removed the history on my account, so I can't even save the items I wanted to tryout for future purchases. They really seem like hey don't know what they are doing. They lost 1,000 from what I would have purchased, plus a lot more from future purchases.
