Tryout is a horrible program
I was really excited to try out jackthreads "tryout" program. I had previously ordered from jackthreads in the past and had a great experience. I really liked the idea of ordering clothing at no cost to me until a week after I received it, when I decide if I want to keep it and pay for the items, or send them back and not purchase them. The whole way through checkout JT makes it clear that this would cost me no money until 1 week after I received the items. I was very surprised today when I found out that Jackthreads was charging my card for the full cost of every item. When I called their customer service line, both representatives told me they had never seen, never heard of what is happening to me, happen before. They were unable to resolve the problem, or give me any real information and told me I wouldn't get a response until monday. Completely dissatisfied and won't be shopping with jack threads ever again

dont expect to get your referral credits
so i was browseing the website and came across a referral program i thought wow this is cool so i wrote about them in a cuple of my facebook groups ok well 30 plus people signed up for a accout and 3 had made purchases which they are suppose to give 20$ per person who joins and makes a purchase ok so they approve these credits 60$ awesome right think again i place two orders with my credits then they cancel the orders and give me a reason as suck like o we didnt expect the referral program to go viral and it was ment for long term custermers but no where on this website did it say it was not for new custamers it even says on the faqs page theres no limit to earn i mean its just 60$ bucks my friends bought your stuff this should be illegel to do i know the very least its false adertizment but is it really worth filling a lawsuit any thoughts on this

Abysmal Return Policy!
My first purchase from Jackthreads will likely be my last because of their unfriendly return policy. Not only do you have to take the package to the post office (yes, that means stand in line, etc.), but you also have to pay for the return postage. They don't even email a label you could print out and affix to the package. Then, they have the gall to deduct a fee from your return amount! You are given the option of a full credit if you're willing to take it in the form of a site credit, but I won't have any use for a credit at a business with such a poor return policy. Most reputable businesses will allow you to be responsible for your own return shipping, OR they email you a return label for which they charge you a fee. Jackthreads forces you to do the former, AND ALSO DOES THE LATTER! Caveat emptor!

I am a first time customer and ordered several Christmas gifts from JackThreads this yea, one of which was a peacoat for my son. It was delivered on the 16th of December and was too small. I called customer service as directed, and was told I needed to order a new coat in the correct size and return the original for a refund. I was instructed to look for a postage paid return label via email in order to return the original item.
All went well as expected until I printed the packing slip when I returned to work on 1/4/16. Imagine my surprise when I learned I had missed the 12/30/15 deadline to return this item. Who allows only two weeks to return an item – especially at Christmas??? I guess I am left to eat the cost of a brand new coat that fits no one I know.
While delighted with the quality of the merchandise, I am extremely disappointed with the return/exchange process and lack of regard for the customer to say the least!
I have three sons ranging in age from 21 to 27, and had planned on a long and happy relationship with JackThreads. Unless this situation is rectified immediately, this will be my one and only purchase from the company.
Totally Ridiculous
I tried recently to order form Jack Threads on multiple occasions but they kept cancelling my order refusing to take my card because it was not a credit card from one of the country's on their approved "list"(I'm from Trinidad),mind you I use this card to shop online ALL the time from Amazon and countless other site's even though I have ordered from them in the past with No issues using another card from the same COUNTRY(Trinidad) I am having a horrible time with them now.So I tried to using my girlfriend's credit card she is from France (which is on there list by the way) and yet again they cancelled my order.....with no explanation I am fed up of their horrible service I used to have nothing but praise for them but now......I give them a 1 out of 5

Stay As Far Away As Possible
Would give no stars if it was an option. Nothing good to say, the worst shoes I have ever tried to wear. I would not even donate these to charity as I would not want to inflict this kind of torture on the less fortunate. Just stay away, complete scam of a company.

It has the most ugly clothes I've ever seen i'm the most ridiculous prices for that matter. It is a big no-no I do not recall meant this site for anyone and if you have done any shopping in the site you are you stupid doing not visited do not buy from a do not even download the app pay for your outs free Pandora because.freaking yard threats it's not good

Too many people don't know how to exchange items, my advise to them is to simply chat the store atrendants. If you're not silly, and dont do things like go to work with shoes you dont plan on keeping, you should be fine. Moral of the story is people always remember inconveniences over good experiences.

Disappointing quality
Ordered 3 items: Goodale Rutledge Chambray shirt, Paisley & Grey Herringbone pants, and Robert Wayne Jude derby shoes.
Rutledge shirt - best item I bought. I'll be keeping this shirt, and recommend it heartily. I'm 6'2" 170, and the medium shirt fit nicely in the chest yet had plenty of length at the bottom and in the sleeves for my long torso and arms. This is really rare--usually I have to size up to a large, sacrificing chest fit, to get decent length. Well done, Goodale.
Herringbone Pants - okay quality. Won't be keeping these because the belt loops are tiny, too small for my favorite leather belts. Got a 33, which is was a little tight. I usually wear 32 or 34.
Robert Wayne derbies -- Quality=AWFUL. Will be sending these straight back. I won't sugar coat it--these derbies are cheap, plastic junk. The description of theses shoes reads: "Soft leather feels good no matter what, and neutral brown matches nearly everything." However, when you look in the product details section, you see that these shoes are not in fact real leather, but are "Faux Leather, Synthetic." A little misleading, but not the end of the world. Faux leather can still look sharp when it's high quality. Upon receiving the shoes and actually touching them, however, I realized just how "faux" they really were. Anyone looking at these shoes within 20 yards would be able to tell they're made of cheap plastic trash instead of leather. EVERYTHING about this shoe wreaks of poor materials and craftsmanship. Unacceptable for $70. Don't know who Robert Wayne is, but if I was him I'd be ashamed to put my name on a piece of junk like this.*Shoe rant over*
Overall, I would consider ordering shirts or pants from this site again, but the shoe quality has made me pretty skeptical.

Very cheap clothing
I have ordered from them a few times and I have had quite a few problems. I bought two identical shirts but different colors and they both said large on the tag and one fit perfectly and one was way too small. Atleast like an extra small. Returned it to them and I never got my money back. It was cheap so whatever. Never recommending them and I will never buy from them again.

Awful customer experience.
As you can see from the other reviews here their declaration of "Worry-Free Returns" just aint the case. I bought a pair of shoes ($175) thinking I could try them on an return them if they didn't fit. I wore them to the office and back and they had no marks or scuffs by the end of the day. They didn't fit so I thought I could refund them, but JT charges $7 for a 'refund'. $7 to try on a pair of shoes!
Then their customer service gave me what they called a 'pro tip' and said I could exchange them for something else and keep the difference in $. I thought that if that's the best deal I can get I would at least try it and not return to the store afterwards. I procrastinated a couple of weeks while deciding what I wanted to exchange them for....
So a few weeks later I returned to the site and told them I wanted to exchange them for a shirt. The CS rep said sure, go ahead and order the shirt. (Note that I'm actually doing a new purchase here, not an exchange, but they made it sound like an exchange process.) I ordered the shirt (cha-ching - another sale!) then we set about the shoe return part. They asked if I had worn them outside and when I said I wore them to the office and back they said that because it had been a month and the shoes had been outside, they cannot be returned. The CS rep even produced the fine print in the agreement that laid out the real rules which are not so 'Free & Easy'.
And they claimed to be unable to cancel the order for the shirt. Sure enough, if you go to their website you'll see no Cancel/Change Order link like you would on Amazon or any other good retailer.
They did give me $50 in store credit 'for your trouble'.
What they did was legal, I guess, but it was a very bad customer experience. Then there's all the spam they send you and other hassles I've read about on this site. It all feels a bit sleazy to me now.

Very good customer service in my experience.
With my first order from this site I bought some shoes and upon receiving them I realized that they did not fit me. After about 4 months of procrastinating I finally decided I would return them. While I knew there was a 3 month return policy I thought I'd try my luck anyway. Sure enough after consulting with a customer service representative about my situation she was very polite and told me that although they do have a 3 month return policy and even though the shoes I bought were no longer for sale she would still see what they could do for me. To my surprise the nice woman told me if I returned the shoes she would give me a full refund. With that refund I bought myself a brand new watch from their store and I have been very happy ever since. I am very impressed with this site and I would be happy to shop here again some day.

Worst site.. Never made the delivery.. Just ate my money. And they have this set of reasons to dupe why the shipment was not delivered. They send it to everine when the expected delivery date passes. Big bunch of cheaters.

Unbelievable
Insanely rude customer service guy. Told him the shirts I ordered were way too small despite them being a large. He proceeded to explain to me that I did not understand how to buy clothes. I concede that I'm not a small person and that some larges are smaller than others but to approach a company to make an exchange and instead be spoken to like a child! I immediately asked for a refund and will never be shopping with them again. Just for posterity a Large mens shirt is typically 40-42. Jackthreads large shirt was 36-38 which is a small by regular standards. My advice, shop with a company that is respectful to its customers.

The "Low" Prices are Falsely Advertised...Careful!
Received an email from Jackthreads saying "Big Sale" last day for up to 80% OFF. I went on, found some items I liked, and proceeded to add to cart. When I went to Checkout, the price of the items in the cart changed. Instead of having all the items in there for the actual sale price, their prices had changed back to full price and they were adding some kind of Discount, which was A LOT less than the prices I had initially found the items for. Spoke with a customer rep and she found that very weird as well. She gave me store credit to compensate for the difference of the "error", which I was thankful for and I proceeded to pay for everything and went on about my day. 3 days later, my order had disappeared. I contact customer service, and they said to me that there was a billing error with my card and that I should contact my bank. I shop online a lot (Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Sak's 5th Avenue, etc) and I have NEVER had any billing info issues. What really happened was, Jackthreads had charged my card for $157 and change the day I made the order, realized they messed up with their pricing, and proceeded to issue me a refund and cancel my order without notifying me about anything.....REALLY SHADY!! I let the customer rep know that I knew what was going on there and he kept insisting that there was really a billing error with my card. I am pretty sure that if there was such an error, my payment would have never went through to begin with. Anyway, I never leave reviews for anything but I want to let everyone know NOT to believe any of the pricing they are advertising because it is FALSE. Also, I hate being treated like a rookie.

I was excited when my package arrived. First shirt size was large, it was huge....second shirt (same brand and style, different color) was skin tight. Yes. I can return these to get a different size but I felt these clothes were shoddily. Plus who the heck won't allow you to return unworn clothes?
Oh but they will allow you to return the clothes for free if you take store credit....
That should be a pretty big red flag.

Another great website with crappy customer service
Just got my first order and was very happy, except that I ordered a pair of pants that were too small. Spoke with one rep via chat and they said I could return it, but then found out that I had washed it and decided just to credit my account without even asking me. I then spoke to another rep who decided to evade my question when I asked how they could tell I washed it other then my say so. She then proceeded to tell me that they could not accept it without the tags, which is the complete opposite of what the first person told me. I love the clothing, but if this is what I have to deal with, I'll online shop for clothing on some other website.
