The online services are very good soâŠ
The online services are very good so five star; however, the in-store experience is quite disappointing. The staff do not pack suits properly and often fail to provide the different sizes, but later they found those sizes for other customers. Additionally, their behavior can sometimes be rude, which further affects my overall experience at Birmingham store. So zero star for in-store purchases.
