Disappointed
I bought an outfit , lehnga and choli. When it arrived the lehnga in itself waa 5 feet long. The lower half of the net lehnga didnt have the lining.
There was no way to wear the outfit hence I had to return loosing the delivery costs and the postage I spent returning when it was a faulty outfit.

Very bed experience staff not willingâŠ
Very bed experience staff not willing to allow me to exchange my item. I wanted to change an item for same brand item but not allowed as codes did not match. Staff not willing to allow me to maintain my modesty and get something loose fitting. Itâs an out right discrimination against my cultural preferences. I was made to feel cheap and uncomfortable. I will never shop at the store again and would ask others to consider not shopping there.

Poor service would not allow me to exchange my item for another from the same manufacturer but slightly more expensive. Was willing to pay extra cost. Staff not helpful at all. No concept of modesty. Was So exited to receive my order as IâŠ
Was So exited to receive my order as I had spend over 500 pounds
But on receipt of my order
3 outfits were damaged, the embroidery of the kameez was missing on the first outfit the second outfit the beads where falling of the kameez and in the third outfit 3 buttons had already come of the kameez, how disappointing! Who ever send the order to me clearly hadnât checked the order before posting it out to me or maybe they have done this on purpose sending reject stuff out none the less
I put a complaint in on the 6-7 of this month,November they wanted proof so I sent images so they apologised and said they would send a returns label to which I packed two of the outfits as I thought I would sew buttons back on the 3rd outfit,
My husband and I packed the 2 damaged items sealed the packaging with duct tape and posted via post office,
OUTCOME SO FAR-
Had to chase for a refund
They only refunded for one outfit!
They claimed it hadnât been sent the second outfit
Still chasing payment
Endless emails and when they said they would call me so waited almost 2 hours they said they called but couldnât get through even the phone was with me the whole time
This is the outcome so far letâs see what happens tomorrow
Never will I shop from this website again
