I never received my item
I never received my item. I donât know whose fault it was but I would like the company to have a word with their delivery service.
It was stated that they tried to deliver and the recipient refused to take the order. First, I would like to know where they went because I was home in the supposed delivery. Secondly, when I was trying find out what happened via the delivery company, nothing was helpful. Very disappointed. I chose 3 stars because it was NOT THE FAULT OF JANAN entirely but the delivery company. However, I would be very happy if they pass it onto the delivery company.

Awful experience
After purchasing a 3 piece suit from the Stratford rd branch, I noticed the fabric was in two different shades and also had green marks on the top. I returned to the store within 1hr for an exchange to be told there were no items in the size I required in stock. I then asked for a refund at it is my right legally, to which I was told under no circumstances I would get a refund due to store policy. I pointed out to the manager the receipt stated if an item is damaged I would receive a refund or exchange, to which he gaslit me in to thinking Iâm talking rubbish. I left the store with the faulty item, as by this time I felt threatened and overwhelmed as I had several staff members hovering around me. I would like to add I purchased two suits, one which was perfectly fine.
As far as I am aware I can leave reviews on Trust pilot for any business whether it is online or physical.
