Beware or be Scammed..
I went online to order the amount for postage was £7.95, I decided to order the next morning as it was late. When placing the order the deliver charge had gone up to £9.95? I contacted them and they said it was incorrect the evening before and they would not honor the price. I eventually decided to order and went to place the order and the item product had gone up form £79.75 to £82.03 what ?? I decided to look at the reviews and I now see this company is not a viable honest company and thank god I did not press the button and order from them. Not sure you would even receive the products whilst being scammed with the cost.
I recommend that you DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This is a terrible company to order from. Ordered on the 21st May 2024 and on the 17th June 2024 still no order has arrived.
I was told our order would be with us by the 12th June, no order arrived. Phoned again on the 14th June in the morning to be told this was out for delivery today. Phoned back in the afternoon to be told this was now not out for delivery until Monday.
Call today Monday 17th June to be told this won't be out for delivery until tomorrow. Every day is a different answer. I have asked numerous times to be called back and nothing.
I asked to speak to the manager and he won't take my call as he is too busy.

Disgraceful customer service and will not be ordering from this company again.

Terrible! Been waiting more than a MONTH FOR MY ORDER! They missed it! No reply for my emails. Asked for refund and probably I’ll be waiting another month to get money back. Avoid !

I would have given no stars!
ordered a product on 25th October, charged £9.99 carraige, one week later still waiting only to be told it will take another week. Indifferent response, told me to expect a refund.
Utterly useless aftersales

Professional service, hi-quality products and best support I've ever saw. Really recommend.

I placed my order on 2nd June, I expected a fairly swift delivery as my delivery charge was so much (£20.59) but as the days went on and I heard nothing and became a little concerned, I spoke to them via live chat which although responsive was not hugely professional (lack of punctuation, spelling, slang, grammar etc) which made me concerned that this wasn’t a genuine company, I then headed over to trust pilot and read the bad reviews and figured I would be claiming a refund from my credit card. I’m pleased to report my entire delivery eventually arrived on 15th June, this could be due to be repeatedly talking to them on live chat and threatening to cancel my order or pure coincidence. All products were good quality but sadly I probably wouldn’t use he company again as the delivery fees were very high for such bad service.

Worst company ever! You order and never receive goods, I call and they say they do not have any stock, should be in soon even after saying Next Day Delivery! The first and last time I will use this company.
Refund the money or you will be reported for fraudulent transactions!

What a joke of a company. I'll be ordering elsewhere next time.

my order was out of stock i was told, so i cancelled the order money was taken out my account just the same.
5 days later the order arrived 4 weeks later i got money back less £11.99 postage and cost me £4.99 to send back

Just gone through a nightmare of an ordeal dealing with Janitorial Supplies. This is only the 2nd order we have done and certainly wont be ordering again. We are a cleanong company so finding a good supplier is key. However Janitorial Supplies have proven themselves to be, rude, late and quality of some products is horrific. We were originally emailed saying your orders nearly ready (but doesn't give a date) so we expected within a couple of days. Only when we rang were we told it's actually 4-5 days away, then they cant give you a specific time so its between 9 and 5 on the day. Rang up to ask about cancelling the order and getting a refund, only to be laughed at by the "Manager" saying, "Sure, no problem but we will have to charge you 25% or your order total as it's on the lorry" whilst he was sniggering. I did record the phone call so if any managers see this and wish to contact me then please do so. I'm ashamed to have given you our money.

Trying in vain to order some liners.Oh good price...oh but it doesn't include VAT. Yeah and that'll be £9.99 to deliver a parcel that wouldn't even weigh a kilo. So more than the cost of the item to deliver it. Clearly not intended for domestic orders.
