Cant fault them , polite helpful and accomodating. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very considerate.

Needed to arrange a scissor lift for first time, spoke with the team at Jewsons and was taken through the whole process from setting up an account to identifying the correct machine for me. Very impressed with the service and will be my Go To provider for any plant machinery going forward.

Wow...Just spent over 1k in machined timber and got it delivered but they forgot to cut to size and forgot to deliver the roof joists...guess what?...Was told to call in and cut them myself as they would fit in my car

Exceptional customer service from Carl Barker at their Bridgend branch. He knows the products inside out, is able to work with you and help by giving excellent suggestions and advice. We had real problems with Victoria Plum and Carl came to our rescue on several occasions (if only we knew of him before starting ordering with VicPlum). He went the extra mile and is a huge credit to Jewsons. Thankyou

No good delivery, all plastaboard scrath or broken

The staff at the Colchester branch were amazing, helpful and friendly. Tanya answered all my queries (of which I had many, telephone and email) promptly and without making making me feel like a pest.
The man who served me at till was very knowledgeable, didn't rush me and even took time to fetch an item from the shopfloor for me.
The man in the warehouse, who was very busy on the forklift, stopped everything to get the item I needed and take it to my car. I needed to cut the item and he arranged for another charming gentleman named Liam, to come and do that for me. This is something I was prepared to do myself as this is not part of thier service.
What a lovely store with good old fashioned values with regard to Customer Service. Thank you team.

Amazing helpful staff at the morecambe branch. I ordered the wrong size stones for my garden, I had ordered 10 bags and they came and changed them 2 days later for me. Really grateful and the customer support was so helpful. First class.

Was told by a well known Jewson competitor in Northampton than my product was in stock. Drove strait to competitor store and was let down, called on Jewson they had everything I wanted and all at a cheaper price. They even kept the store open an extra 20 minutes past the closing time and helped load me. Thanks for going the extra mile chaps, Happy customer!

Expected delivery from them , 30/11/20 , even received email this afternoon 30/11/20 confirming delivery for today, order did not turn up, wasted a full day waiting on the order, very poor service

Been to Sedgefield jewsons a few times and the staff a laughable rude And clueless.
The first time I was in I was trying to explain what materials I wanted the woman at the back was just laughing at us and shaking her head and didn’t offer any help.
The next time I was in the guy behind the desk was talking a personal call was waiting for nearly 10 minutes for him to finish the call and serve the guy infront of me which made me late for a meeting I had.
Other jewsons I’ve been to have been very good service shame the Sedgefield jewsons has let it down

Wheatley Oxford. My husband and I went in to make an order and were treated very poorly. The guy serving was rude and unhelpful to us and his colleagues. He kept saying he couldn’t do what we wanted without providing an alternative and basically seemed like he didn’t want the order. We will be going elsewhere.

The Kenley Branch of Jewsons are brilliant and as a result they have always been my first port of call for building and DIY materials. Cathy Noble and her entire team are simply first class at helping out. Nothing is ever too much trouble. If they don't have it in stock they obtain it swiftly from another branch and deliver it to you to fit in with your work schedules. I have used this branch for years and Cathy and other team members have been there for a long time. They are known locally for their outstanding service.

The coulsdon branch has been my husband’s place to go for the last 10+yrs when on a building project their driver Chris is always friendly and early to every delivery he definitely goes out of his way.
The office staff are great Barry is my favourite nothing ever seem to much trouble.
But I’m afraid that we will not be returning as they have a young lady now working for them that is far to forward with the male customers for an example we came in together last week to see her dancing around the warehouse with a young male member of staff which I found uncomfortable and very unsafe.
Another time she approached myself and my husband and was flirting with him with me stood there I understand that some men may find that a nice selling point but I did not and I was quite upset with the whole thing.
Maybe she could do with a course on customer service to be a more professional when dealing with the men.
