Jimmy Choo Sole Fell Off
I bought a pair of Jimmy Choo flats from Bergdorf Goodman. After wearing them four times for mostly in-door walking, the sole of one of the shoes fell off completely. This was such an embarrassment. It would not even happen to cheaper shoes sold at a fraction of the price. Jimmy Choo's solution was for me to just repair it. I have other pairs of Jimmy Choos but will never buy from them again.

Die Schuhe sind an sich toll - keine Diskussion. Leider waren mir alle 4 Paare zu eng, fallen wohl grundsÀtzlich etwas kleiner aus, also alle 4 zurÌck.
Die Bezahlung sollte Ìber Klarna erfolgen. Nach 14 Tagen meldet sich Klarna, ich soll Gesamtbetrag iHv 2000EUR zahlen. Der Kundenservice von JC hat keine Retoure angegeben. Nach 4-tÀgiger Schreiberei mit Kundenservice von JC und Klarna - wo beide immer auf den anderen verwiesen haben, hat JC die Retoure von 3! Paaren bei Klarna gemeldet.
Der Rest-Rechnungsbetrag wurde aber auf kryptische 250EUR bei Klarna gemeldet. Angeblich sei das 4. Paar nicht zurÌckgekommen. Aber kein Paar davon hat 250⬠gekostet...
Also nochmal 3 Tage hin und her schreiben und JC drohen, einen Anwalt einzuschalten. Danach haben sie die Retoursumme auf 0,00EUR gesetzt. Klarna hat keine Zahlungen mehr offen. So unnötiger und nerviger Prozess.
Was fÃŒr ein unterirdischer Kundendienst bei so tollen Schuhen...sehr schade aber ich bestelle leider keine Schuhe mehr dort!

Le client nâest pas respecté et la vendeuse veut absolument me faire essayer une paire de chaussures qui nâest pas ma pointure alors que je lui précise connaître ma taille en Jimmy choo, mais elle nâavait pas envie dâaller chercher ma pointure, trop fatiguant donc il fallait essayer le modÚle dâexposition. Jimmy Choo charges outrages prices but does not offer any after sales. Booties of over 800 euros are broken. While I am trying for weeks for JC to repair or refund, after 2 months I am still waiting! I am shocked with the service. They keep sending automated emails with no change or effort. This is beyond acceptable behaviour.

Iâm so disappointed! Bought this gold pair of heels that was on sale and I could finally afford a pair of Jimmy choo and I wore them only once to dinner and they were ruined. The gold doesnât stay on the shoe ! Even on my sole the gold disappeared! After one wear ! So much money for a pair of shoes that you can wear only once !

I had such a great experience in the Bond Street boutique, I went to purchase my wedding shoes that I already saw online and Giselle (Gigi) helped me with finding the perfect size and gave me super useful advice! Due to low stock my order was then cancelled and they had to ship my size from the Selfridges shop, Gigi made sure the shoes arrived safely and held them for me until I picked them up the following day. She packed them with such great care and I never felt so special and pampered in a shop! Thank you so much for your kindness and your joyful service, it made the purchase so special to me! I will definitely buy from Jimmy Choo again and ask for her!
REALLY BAD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
If I could give zero stars I would.
I bought a pair of sandals online which were on sale. When I received them, I found they were too big for me. I checked the website and could see the size below was still available. The next day when I tried to order it, I could see the sandals online page was not available anymore. I contacted the customer service and they told me that the "sale period" is over and they are not selling these shoes anymore. I had to return the shoes for a refund and would not be able to buy the size below as I wanted, although they were available the day before.
I feel really frustrated with this shopping experience.
I don't understand how a luxury brand like Jimmy choo can be so poor at communication, if you have a limited sale period PLEASE COMMUNICATE ON THE DATES. DON'T MAKE A PRODUCT PAGE DISAPPEAR THE NEXT DAY WHEN PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO BUY.

Final weigert sich der Onlineshop von Jimmy Choo eine weitere Lieferung oder die RÌckerstattung des Kaufpreises vorzunehmen. Der Onlineshop verhÀlt sich damit vertragswidrig und versucht die Angelegenheit zu meinen Lasten auszusitzen.

My sister an I were helped by Gigi and she was just spectacular! She was so patient and kind and let us try on all the different shoes that caught our eyes! She even helped us with ideas to style the shoes and made the occasion so much more enjoyable! We are in love with the shoes we bought and when we return, I hope to be served by Gigi again.

Von mir bekommt Jimmy Choo fÌr seinen Kundenservice eine glatte Note 6. Ich habe Anfang November meine Ohrringe reklamiert, da die Perle abgefallen ist. Diese sollte ich zurÌckschicken. Getan. Seither warte ich auf die RÌckzahlung meines Geldes. Seit Wochen werde ich vertröstet. Es wÀre unterwegs.
Also ich werde leider keine Schuhe oder Ohrringe ... mehr dort bestellen, da der Service mit Reklamationen schlichtweg eine Katastrophe ist, wenn man das Geld nicht an seine Kunden zurÃŒckzahlt.

Horrible costumer service
I bought a pair of boots in the Jimmy Chooâs outlet in Serravalle. Unfortunately after a night out I accidentally damage with some dirt on one of them. So I went to the Florence flagship store and I kindly asked for help. They reply to me that I had to go to the outlet for the costumer service, after I showed them the boots and they told me that was an irreversible damage.
First of all I think is totally awful that a luxury brand like Jimmy Choo cannot handle a problem like that saying that I have to go to the outlet to be helped. The boots are coming from the same factory and me as a client I should ride 2 hours to be helped?
Second of all after this happened I want to my personal shoemaker and he fixed the damage in 2 hours.
I am a young costumer and I could have been a future loyal client but after this in a world full of good shoe and heels makers I will go somewhere else.

I ordered on the 23rd Dec and my order was dispatched on the 27th Dec, it did say that it was going to arrive on 2nd but I urged the CS to prompt DHL to deliver it earlier especially as tracking earlier had indicated delivery on 29th Dec (Wanted it for NYE).
I was shocked to discover that my order was actually delivered NEXT DAY on the 28th! This was with the complimentary normal shipping too. Aside from this, when I saw my bag - I was so in love with the design, colour and quality. I have to say this outdid my Prada bag which I spent 5x more on which is shocking. Loved it so much and WELL worth the half price, but even fullprice it would be worth it.

I am very concerned I returned two pairs of shoes but I didnât contact them to say I was when the refund didnât come through I contacted customer service they said they would look into it since then I have tried to ring their telephone number is out of order ? And email in which they keep saying they looking to it itâs now nearly three weeks and still no refund

Qualité médiocre des sneakers, en plus dâêtre inconfortables, elles jaunissent en quelques semaines et surtout la déco qui fait tout son charme part aprÚs avoir été portées 4 fois!!! Même pas en zone de frottement. Et jây fais pourtant ultra attention! Cela se voit quâelles sont comme neuve.
Le service client répond : usure normale⊠ça leur parait ok que cette dégradation soit quasi immédiate⊠ils proposent une retouche mais qui ne ressemblera pas comme le neuf car ça ne brillera plus (par zone donc, comment faire plus moche?), et décline toute responsabilité si cela est raté...
