Terrible customer service
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jimmy Choo. I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be defective. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, they completely dismissed the issue and refused to take responsibility.
The staff I dealt with were not only unhelpful but also quite rude, showing no concern for their customers situation. This level of terrible customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation. I expected much better and wonât purchasing from Jimmy Choo ever again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience â Poor Quality and Service
I purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes for my wife to wear on our wedding day, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After wearing them just once, crystals fell off both shoes. I sent them for repair under the guarantee, but when I received them back, the crystals were misaligned. Despite sending them back for further repairs, the problem was never resolved.
The shoes, which cost over £800, should have been a beautiful addition to our special day, but instead, they have become a source of frustration. The attached photo show the shoes after the so-called repairs, which clearly didnât fix the issue.
The quality of both the product and the repair service has been incredibly disappointing. I expected much higher quality from a brand like Jimmy Choo, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when buying from this brand, as my experience has been a complete let down.

Min taske som jeg fik i fÞdselsdagsgave i sommeren 2023, er til reparation for 2. gang. LÊderet skaller af.
Når tasken er til reparation tager det mellem 10 og 12 uger. I den tid har jeg ingen taske. Det er en hvid lÊdertaske, hvilket betyder at jeg ku bruger den om sommeren, så jeg har stort set ikke brugt tasken, da den har vÊret til reparation hele sommeren og nu efteråret. Når jeg spÞrger hvad der sker hvis den skal til reparation for 3. gang, får jeg ingen svar. Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Jeg valgte Jimmy Choo, da jeg tog for givet at det er hÞj kvalitet og deres produkter er flotte. Det kan jo vÊre ligegyldigt, når tasken ikke er holdbar og ikke kan bruges.

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschlieÃen und jedem ganz klar davon abraten Schuhe bei JC zu bestellen!!!! Ich habe Schuhe zurÃŒckgeschickt, deren Karton ich nur geöffnet habe um dem RÃŒcksendeschein rauszuholen und nicht mal anprobiert habe. Dennoch hat der Kundenservice mir ca 2 Wochen spÀter eine Nachricht geschrieben, dass die Sohle Gebrauchsspuren aufweist und die Retoure nicht akzeptiert wird. Auch nach mehrmaliger RÃŒcksprache mit dem Kundendienst weigern diese sich die Retoure zurÃŒckzunehmen. Das ist fÃŒr mich absoluter Betrug!!!!

They arranged to collect it, also with DHL. They collected it and have not received it and I am yet to receive my refund. This is despite me having tje man collecting the parcel on CCTV. Customer service is horrendous - they havenât done anything about it - they simply donât care. Would advise never to buy from this company

Hello there! I purchased a Bucket from your Palm Beach Gardens Florida location 2.5 years ago. It is made of Eel skin. We purchase an additional purse at the same time. About 6 weeks ago we went into the store to ask if we could send the purse back because the bottom of it the eel skin was peeling back a little bit and the handle was tarnishing. Isabel is the manager of that location and they took pictures of my bucket and told me in two days I would receive a text message with the information on how and when it would get sent back for repairs. I never heard a word from Isabel or anybody else. I had to keep following up on the purse myself two and three and four times as Isabel would never get back to me. I find it very odd and disheartening that you spend so much money on these very beautiful items in the only to get absolutely no response when something goes sideways with your item, it absolutely will deter me from buying anything else from you guys and push me toward the other designers that are located in the same Mall as this location. No customer service, no response, and we absolutely love your products, which is a shame. This leads me to only let you know that I will be telling all of my friends and I'll be sharing this on my Facebook page as well is any other social media that I can that you don't back your product. From the looks of the reviews on this site you should start paying attention. Chanel and Gucci have a very nice items as well so you don't own the market so get your head out of your butt.

Not a quality label it is suppose to be
Not a quality brand it is suppose to be. My recent experience is below zero. I was given a bag as a gift from my daughter the whole bag is peeling after the two year warranty they offer. Contacted customer service escalated the matter twice and the outcome was zero! Very expensive bag but my other leather bags I own over 20 years are not peeling they are leather too. The bag is faulty they have not replaced it or repair it so they have lost allot of customers and from what I see in the comments the brand has not a good name as far as quality goes! What a waste of money!

Die Produkte und Artikel des Unternehmens sind schön und sprechen fÌr sich, dazu habe ich auch keine EinwÀnde. Der Kundenservice dagegen - fÌr ein internationales Unternehmen - ein schlechter Witz.
Die Ware wird in Deutschland bestellt, beliefert wird man aus Holland, Kundenservice ruft dich aus Italien an und die Retoure erfolgt an Polen.
Ich habe Brautschuhe bestellt gehabt, diese kamen an und wurden innerhalb von einer Stunde nach Ankunft zurÌck retourniert. Ich habe Aufnahmen, wÀhrend ich die Schuhe angezogen habe. Denn das Unternehmen hat meine Retoure nicht akzeptiert, mit der BegrÌndung ich habe die Schuhe beschÀdigt und diese nicht wie in den AGB's vorgeschriebenen Teppich anprobiert. Die Schuhe wurden auf einem trockenen Laminatboden anprobiert. Das eine Paar hatte auf der Sohle einen kleinen, eingetrockneten Wasserfleck. Der Fleck war aber schon Àlter, weil wie gesagt, ich habe die Schuhe nach Ankunft innerhalb von 1 h zurÌck verschickt. Die Bilder der Sohle wurden in der Schweiz in einem Jimmy Choo Store gezeigt und die stellvertretende Filialleiterin meinte, dass das Unternehmen die Schuhe zurÌcknehmen mÌsste, weil eigentlich ist nichts gravierendes am Schuhwerk.
Einmal meinte die "Kundenberaterin", dass vielleicht das Laminat nass war oder man merke manchmal gar nicht wie "lebhaft" der Boden sein kann. :)
Sowohl die Verbraucherzentrale noch der Rechtsanwalt konnten das Unternehmen nicht dazu bringen, die Schuhe zurÃŒck zu akzeptieren, deren letzte Aussage war - ich solle mir einen Bankberater als Schlichtleiter zu der Sache nehmen. Das Unternehmen verkauft zwar an Deutschland, aber man soll im Klaren sein, dass deren Sitz in GroÃbritannien ist und hier das englische Recht bzgl. der Retoure auftretet.

Donât do it! I own three pairs of Jimmy Chooâs and have been disappointed by them all. They wear very quickly! One pair lost multiple pearl studs on the second outing and the customer service team are slow, difficult to deal with and trying to charge extra costs to repair their shoddy work.
