Went in to look for a new car, Nick helped us choose one which met our needs , he explained everything we needed to know . He also kept us in touch and when picking up the car he was very patient with us and explained everything about the car. We drove away feeling we had a 5* service.

Arturs the sales assistant was friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to deal with.
He guided me through the technology etc. in respect of the vehicle as this is my first BMW. He was first rate. I was extremely pleased with the deal I received.
I had been to a few other different dealerships but this was undoubtedly the best.
