BMW X1 - Excellent customer service
From booking of service appointment through online check-in, service personnel were very professional and helpful. Online process easy to follow. I had a couple of issues with the car that were added to the service list and required the car service date to be pulled forward by a week, This was accommodated without any delay. The costs for the repair were communicated to me for approval, prior to work commencing. Car service was completed, car cleaned and car released to me at the time advised. New service plan activated after discussion with JC rep. Very smooth operation, timings were accurate so I didn't have to waste time waiting at any stage the process. Overall excellent customer service.

Bike Service & MOT
Received a call asking if my bike could be serviced and MOT'd a day earlier than planned. No issues from my side so the bike got picked up with the courtesy van and dropped off again the same day. Good communication and friendly staff.

Warranty repairs
Initially they told me there was nothing wrong with the car which later proved to be wrong, after discussing the issues a few times over the phone / email and finally they acknowledged there was faults with the car and that they would assign the job to one of their master technicians and touch they seemed to have rectified the problems now, time will tell but overall they do quite a good job on the service desk regarding communication with you considering how busy they normally are.

Your review has come through to BMW Motorrad Aberdeen and we only deal with Motorbikes - as your feedback mentions a car - I think you might have dealt with the BMW Aberdeen team? Is there any way for you to change the location on your review so that the correct team see your feedback?

My motorcycle was in for a recall…
My motorcycle was in for a recall issue, ( nothing Major ) it was all done within 90 minutes or so, had a lovely latte whilst I waited for for my motorcycle and before i knew it I was getting the key handed back to me telling me that the job had been done.

Stick with JCMG instead of 3rd party garage
We always get great help & service from John Clark.
SMS & updates on what's happening with the vehicle & sound advice too.
We foolishly had a Bosch turbo replaced at the Bosch centre - which wasn't installed properly, but John Clark fixed the issue.

Service with ease!
Managed to fit me in for a service with 24 hours notice, slick way of dropping off car now. Lots of good communication throughout the process of servicing my car and when it was ready to pick up.

Car went in for a recall
Car went in for a recall, all work was done as expected and on time. Technician carried out and vedioed a car health check, which I found very helpful in understanding the condtion of the car.

Called a couple of times to book a service with collection for my bike and left a message for a call back but didn't get a call back. Then booked online and call back was fairly prompt.
