Very good to deal with from first call to driving away with my new car. Salesman, Callum Smith did everything he said he would do and was very responsive to calls/questions. Nice feel to the showroom too, very welcoming.

We just popped in to look at Minis, had no intention of buying one. We had been thinking about going electric so between Callum’s knowledge and great service, we bought there and then. Brilliant 🤩

I ordered a new car in March through Beth, there was a 6 month delay in receiving my new car however Beth ensured I was kept up to date and kept me informed throughout. Beth was helpful, informative and easy to deal with. I absolutely love my new car and cannot fault JC Dundee. I had a great experience, thank you!

I give the 1 star reluctantly. I’d give zero if I could. Typical car salesmen in this place, talk the talk to get the deal signed and when there’s a problem they all start blaming each other and pass the buck. Very unprofessional. On taking to others about my experience turns out I’m not the only one.. I’d avoid at all costs. Went elsewhere in the end.

Really pleasant experience dealing with Callum over the phone and email, talked me through the car and sent me a personalised video very promptly. Happy to answer all of my questions and patient in dealing with my enquiry.

This was my first time dealing with John Clark Motor Group, overall I had very good experience. A big mention has to go to Callum Smith who I dealt direct with over the purchase of a used Landrover Discovery Sport. Callum was most helpful from arranging a test drive through to taking me through all options for purchasing the vehicle, which I have done. I certainly would have no problem with recommending buying a car from JC Motor Group, especially through their Tayside (Mini) branch.

Beth Mitchell was very friendly and kept me up to date at all times. Showed me everything I needed to know about the car. 10/10 for customer service and beautiful showroom.

Contacted John Clark via their online chat function and Beth Mitchell emailed early the next morning to offer assistance. From there things have been exceptional, I’ve spent longer buying shoes than this car!

This is the second Mini I have purchased from John Clark Mini Tayside. Mike Matthewson was my contact on both occasions. Mike was fabulous, he was so kind and caring when I bought my first Mini that I knew when I wanted to upgrade it had to be him that helped me order my new one. The after care from Mike was first class. Thankfully Mike was there ready to guide me to my new Mini. Mike takes his time asking me what I want from my car and explaining the different models that would suit my needs. He is extremely patient, especially as I ask a lot of questions, I never feel anything is too much trouble. Mike thank you, you were right…I am loving my new automatic!

Good overall experience. I usually buy my cars from Arnold Clark but decided this time to give John Clark in Dundee a go as they were offering the best deal at the time.

Sales person didn’t have to do too much as I knew enough about what I wanted but a smooth transaction when I did receive the car.

The salesman Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful.
