John Clark Motor Group - John Clark Mini Tayside レビュー

Brilliant service from start to finish. Shout out to Callum Smith who is fantastic to deal with.

Sales team are completely customer focused, managing to order exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble - would recommend to anyone.
Ritchie was professional and friendly from start to finish and made the whole experience easy and pain free. Big thanks to him and Alistair for helping so much with our purchase.

John Clark helped us create the best surprise for my daughter. They went above and beyond to keep our secret and to set up their delivery bay to createthe most wonderful space when she picked up her new mini convertible. It was more than a surprise it was a total shock to her. She absolutely loves her mini ❤️❤️ thank you to all of the staff who helped x

Although it proved a much more complicated business than expected it was handled well and efficiently, thanks to Val. 4 rather than 5 stars because the telephone system is time-consuming, and although one gets a call back within a couple of hours that doesn't mean that you get to talk to who you want to. It turned out that contact can be made by text, which was much more efficient

The sales staff were all very friendly & certainly not pushy. Beth was our main contact & she was very helpful. The service we received was excellent throughout the whole sales period & for once service exceeded expectation, which is very rare these days.

Greg at the Dundee Mini store was amazing and helped me buy my first Mini which I love. He was so informative and friendly and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Thanks again Greg.

Great team, very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. We travelled from Kent to collect my car and would do it again. Great experience.

I got the car I wanted -Richie was excellent.

Can't fault Brian at Mini Dundee, he gave me a good deal on my new Mini and gave an excellent price for my trade in. Highly recommend this company.

Impressive service from a trusted and reliable team. I had a query regarding the vehicle I bought just a couple of weeks ago which was handled very quickly and professionally by Alastair Grant the Sales Manager to my complete satisfaction. I would be very happy to recommend John Clark Mini Tayside.

Many thanks to Beth she was truly professional & made the whole experience enjoyable by me and seamless! Thank you for being so kind & compassionate . If I could give you a hundred stars I would. Nothing was too much trouble & above all we had a laugh! Thank you for everything & to Alastair too! Thank you Beth for being so kind I really appreciated your hand over. Your knowledge & experience was second to none when you explained all the technological performance & drivers experience to a tee. Many thanks . I’m loving my new mini. Look forward to seeing you all soon! Your happy smiles & your bubbly personalities made my day. Thanks Beth. Alastair xx

Greg the sales advisor was great
Very patient with me and explained everything simply

I recently bought a used Mink Cooper from John Clark Mini in Aberdeen, after having the car for a few months I felt the clutch was a bit heavy in comparison to other cars I have driven. I phoned John Clark Mink Tayside who organised a diagnostic test on the car within a few days of enquiring. After the team at John Clark Tayside looked at the clutch, they informed me that it was in good working order and there was nothing to worry about. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience at Mini Dundee with Alastair as our host. Originally looking for a used Mini as a 2nd car but settled on a excellent condition BMW 3 series trade in from the sister company. We were treated with great respect from the team at Mini and the buying experience was superb as a customer. Very rare in todays market. Also a shout out to Richie who completed the sale and made sure the vehicle was serviced and prepared.

Great experience from start to finish
Made welcome by Greg and he explained everything simply at every step of the journey
Love the new car and could not be happier

Not complaints from start to finish other than trying to get get the free insurance sorted out
