Excellent Customer Service
I am over the moon with my new car. Great customer service to all the team but especially Julie Patullo who helped me get my dream car so quickly. Everything was so easy from start to finish and I couldn’t believe I was getting my car within three days. I would definitely recommend John Clark Tayside to my friends and family.

Brian the salesman took time to explain the car and set up the profile. We also went fir a shirt drive as I was apprehensive moving from a manual to an automatic, very helpful.

Couldn’t be more helpful
Went out of their way to help with delivery of my car. Matthew, who delivered my car, was especially helpful and even though it was at the end of his working day, he took his time to show me some changes. Though there was initially an issue getting through to change my service plan, Val, at the service desk, was also very helpful and had a lovely personality. It makes such a change to be treated so nicely. Well done Mini Tayside

Good experience …
Traveled to Dundee to see/collect the car. Was met by Brian and offered tea/coffee etc. After the formalities we looked round the car and shown most of the systems and were happy with them we decide to purchase the car. After we left the showroom we had a call from the salesman to inform us we needed to have the spare key coded to the car, so we returned to have this done. All in all we had a good experience with this mini dealership.

Great experience all round
Great experience all round, was the first time purchasing a mini and it was so simple and stress free, getting to take the car out myself for a test drive was a huge bonus as it’s more comfortable to see how it drive, sale executive Julie was great, she helped me with everything and kept me up to date with everything, would highly recommend buying your mini from here!
