Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that your experience at our Dundee MINI site was so positive and that the team there looked after you well — we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Aberdeen MINI didn’t reflect the same level of service. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver, and your comments have been noted and shared with the team. We appreciate your honesty and are grateful you've chosen to return to us again for your wife’s new car.
Thank you,
Tom

Tayside branch - Julie was great to deal with
Julie was very helpful and informative. She went above and beyond in order to get the car ready for the day I requested. After having a not so good experience in the Aberdeen branch, it was great to deal with a friendly and helpful sales team in the Tayside branch. Everything went smoothly and they made it a very easy process.

I found that my experience in renewing my Mini Cooper was as always excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff at hand. David explained the finance and my new car in detail, went for a test drive to ensure I was comfortable with an automatic car. Needed further information on the workings and received the same courtesy and friendly response.
