new car experience
Wanted a new car was apprehensive about coming into garage but both the experience in Nissan and Renault garage was not as daunting as I thought it would be. Alan Bell in the Renault talked me through the process and made it all very easy. I needed to pick up car early on Thursday and he came in early in order for me to do this.

Avoid this dealership
It's very simple. When my wife bought a Renault Clio last September only one key fob was provided. I was assured by the salesman Lewis Kinniburgh that the second fob would be provided within a few weeks. Since then nothing has followed. Lewis, in true salesman fashion, disappeared totally, never responding to either calls or emails, but none of the others I spoke to responded either despite empty promises of immediate action. Avoid this dealership.

Very pleasant experience
Was dealing with ScottArthur regarding the potential sale of a Renault Megane E-tech for my wife, even though we decided not to buy at the moment, the salesman was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future for my next car.

Replacement car…
We dealt with James Westwater regarding a replacement car. He was very efficient and helpful. He handled all the paperwork and ordering process and kept us informed of the delivery date. We would definitely deal with him again.

Matt is a credit to John Clark Renault Aberdeen
After a poor start with one salesman, my daughter and I went back the next day and saw Matt, a different salesman - chalk and cheese!!! Matt turned our experience around and I was delighted with the time he took to make sure our 2nd visit was so much better. Matt ensured we had all the information needed, arranged a test drive and personally oversaw the whole purchase. When I buy my next car I hope the salesperson is as professional and friendly. John Clark Renault - Matt is a credit to your company. 5 Stars

I got the help that I needed from the sales person and other people I spoke with. Sale from beginning to end was within a week which I thought was quick enough. I am now enjoying my car but still learning the features, love it.
