Thank you for reaching out. We are incredibly sorry and genuinely disheartened to hear about your experience after collecting your car on May 3rd. It's completely unacceptable that your car was delivered in such a poor condition, especially after you paid for the Autogleam service.
We sincerely apologize that the car's interior was unpleasant and that the Autogleam service was clearly not performed despite being paid for. We understand completely why you feel let down and that your business was no longer valued once payment was received. That is absolutely not the impression we ever want to give.
We deeply regret that our team was short-staffed and couldn't resolve this for you immediately when you first contacted us, and that you had to come down to the dealership to have your concerns acknowledged.
Please be assured we are taking your feedback very seriously. This falls far short of our standards, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure such an oversight in preparation and customer care never happens again.
