We were impressed with the exceptional service by yourself whilst purchasing our Mercedes Benz E. Every step was courteous and efficient.
The genuine enthusiasm you showed and your knowledge for this car filled us with confidence in our final decision to purchase this lovely vehicle.
Your customer service and professionalism is second to none. And with that our entire purchase process sailed through with great efficiency.

Jake, thank you for delivering our new purchase from your showroom in Edinburgh to Hawick. Your time spent tutoring Larry was invaluable he really appreciated your patience!

Due to our age this will probably be our final vehicle!

Was going to go with another company however saw an ad for John Clark, we reserved a slot to check out the car and decided to put down a deposit. Swift service accompanied with a level of thoroughness which is rare nowadays - Brian Masson to be specific. Brian was excellent and straight to the point whilst thoroughly answering questions and tailoring to our needs.

Many thanks to Brian.

Josh sold me a lovely car, he was very transparent and honest throughout the deal, and had a very friendly demeanor that made the process reassuring. Very enjoyable interaction overall, will definitely consider coming back.

Brian Masson was great from start to finish. He was very helpful and was never once pushy. Explained everything that would happen with my car purchase really clearly and helped me decide what I actually needed for the car. Made the whole experience incredibly stress-free and I would have no problem at all using Brian and John Clark Motors again, and will definitely recommend.

Connor has been great to deal with, no pressure on buying the car. The whole process from start until finish has been great

Had a great experience dealing with Brian

Easy transaction, Excellent service, Fantastic sales executive. Brian Masson was very easy to talk to friendly and answered everything I needed to know about the MX5 I wanted to buy, sent me a video of the car, he was in contact throughout the sale and helped with things I did not understand. 5 star Service. "I am 71yrs young" Love my new car I could not fault John Clark Motor Group. Many thanks to you all. Denise Menzies

Although we did not purchase the car we enquired into I would like to compliment Brian Masson on the exceptional service he provided in dealing with and answering my questions and providing me with a thoroughly professional and friendly service .

A credit to your dealership

I would really recommend Brian as he is very professional and helped me in anyway he could even when things got tough he always found a solution to the problem he worked above and beyond to help me with anything I needed and managed to get me a really good deal I can’t thank him enough

Easy to arrange test drive; friendly, warm sales people; time was taken to explain the invoice when I queried aspects and no pressure was applied to have documents signed by a certain date/time; collection arranged easily and vehicle preparation was professional. Also had great post-sale communication and they helped with a noise issue which I had identified in the days after receiving the car

I got all the information I needed on the beginning of my purchase and support throughout the process. The only drawback I found is that I had to ask twice for getting two orders to be cancelled as I didn't ask for them, everything else was great.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a pickup truck from Brian Masson at John Clark Select Motors, and I can't recommend him highly enough. While I was working offshore, Brian went above and beyond to assist me with all the necessary arrangements for my new vehicle. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful in organizing additional work that wasn’t part of his responsibilities.

I want to personally thank Brian for making the entire process so seamless while I was away. His dedication and support truly made a difference, and I will definitely recommend him and the Select Motor Group to others. Thank you, Brian!

Josh was super helpful, explained everything I needed to know as a first time buyer and answered all my questions. I was always kept in the loop about updates regarding the car. Really good experience and love my new car

Recently bought a car from John Clark Edinburgh and salesman Brian Masson made the process easy from start to finish so I would definitely buy from here again

Brian Masson took time to explain to me what was going to be done with my used Honda Jazz recently before I could pick it up. He also took care to explain the additional options that were available in detail. Yesterday, he checked out a few things for me and also fixed a warning on my display that should not have been there.
I am so grateful for the help given as just being given a 600+ page generic handbook is just not good enough for me!! Thank you!!

Brian was excellent, kept me updated regularly on the process, and when he was not available Alan was able to help to ensure the process of buying my car ran smoothly! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided, and Brian was able to help me find excellent finance options.
