John Clark Motor Group - John Clark Select Edinburgh レビュー

Really good experience buying a Fiat 500 recently from Josh Drever. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his was to solve any problems/issues that arose. Friendly and not pushy. Highly recommend

We bought our car with Josh and he was really fantastic. There is a lot of information to take in and he was always friendly and helpful with his explanations. We were really happy with the great communication and customer service!

Was a good experience, more or less flawless, Brian the sales advisor was most helpful, even to the point of helping me register my private number plate

Friendly staff and helpful people

Best experience buying my dream car. Josh was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. The whole team was very helpful when Josh was busy with other clients. Overall, a quick and easy process to get my car.

Brian was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. After having a very bad experience with another car garage Brian made me regain my trust in car salesmen again.

I bought my BMW 5 in the showroom from start to finish Brian watched over the sales process, credit agreement, preparation of the car for collection. Good email and phone communication helped to complete the process quickly. The car was delivered clean and after service and tire change. I recommend!

bought the car with assistance from josh, who couldn’t of done more, he answered every question i had and more. also tailoring the perfect car for me. Superb

When I phoned ,enquiring about a car we were interested in, Brian answered and was so helpful and patient, sending me a video of the car and guiding me through the process of selling our own car and buying the new one. He patiently answered numerous phone calls and successfully guided me through the whole process although my computer skills are limited. He then personally delivered the car ,driving 130mls to a garage near to us.From start to finish the change over went smoothly and Brian was most attentive to all our questions and details. We are delighted with our new purchase. We would recommend this garage and Brian who was our salesman,to anyone.

Recently bought a car through John Clark Motors. Our salesman Josh was very supportive from the second we walked in to when we left with the car.
I phoned up a couple of times looking for advice, Josh was very supportive as we're his colleagues when he was unavailable.
I've never filled out forms in advance and over email before but it made purchase day a breeze.
Thanks again.
Would highly recommend and woupd happily use again in the future.

From arrival our salesman, Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. We found the car we loved and Josh arranged to to get the couple of small issues repaired for us prior to buying. Overall very happy and Great car buying experience.

Salesman Connor was a complete professional,a real pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble..He deserves a Gold medal after dealing with me .l would also like to thank Connor for taking the opportunity to use the 10% discount voucher for the Penis enlargement clinic 😀. You won’t be disappointed 😀

Can’t speak highly enough of all the help Josh gave us in choosing a new vehicle. He was knowledgeable and professional in all his dealings with us without being a pushy salesman. There was no pressure just patience as we took up his time trying to make up our minds.

Great experience from start to finish from John Clark Select Edinburgh

Really great service received from Josh at JC Select Edinburgh. Saw a car I liked online and Josh made the whole process so easy from start to finish - even arranging for the car to be delivered straight to my home address (some 130 miles away). Nothing was too much trouble for Josh, he was knowledgeable and friendly which made the whole experience stress-free. All I can say is you'll be in good hands with this chap 😊

Really good experience in January with Jimmy at John Clarke Select in Edinburgh. Really friendly and helpful guy. Car has been great as well and no issues.

I popped into John Clark last week just for 'a look' following the theft of my previous car. I was introduced to Josh. Josh was helpful, friendly and sensitive. He was also very knowledgeable and patient and actively encouraged questions. Thanks to Josh, I thoroughly enjoyed the car buying experience and would highly recommend the John Clark Motor Group on Glasgow Road Edinburgh.

It is sufficient compliment that we flew from Bristol to Edinburgh to purchase a used Volvo XC40 from John Clark. However there is much more to add to do justice to the staff involved. Thomas Van Meijeren was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic and found the perfect vehicle for us. He then collected us from the airport and spent a great deal of time with us to ensure that we were entirely happy. He was supported by the lovely Yvette who as the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and more than looked after our needs. In conclusion we enjoyed outstanding service.

Great service from the whole team especially Ramsay who kept us informed every step of the process. No hesitation in recommending John Clark Select in Edinburgh.

I purchased a Mini Countryman from the Edinburgh branch. Josh was exceptional. I travelled up from London to pick up and he made the whole process seamless. I have had some follow up questions since the purchase and he has responded promptly. Great service
