Car booked in for an investigation to a…
Car booked in for an investigation to a fault on the infotainment system.
This was identified fairly quickly to be a faulty module and a fault with the SOS telephone system.
The telephone fault was rectified quickly .
A part for the infotainment needed to be ordered. The part was received on 20th and fitted hat day.
I was advised that the car was ready to be picked up. However during the time the car was in the franchise my wife had a double cataract operation and was unable to drive.
Explaining this to Elaine in service department she managed to facilitate a retreat day which was much appreciated

the buying experience
The staff, especially Callum Webster, but very ably assisted by others such as Ross and Gary, were very helpful throughout, without being too pushy at any stage. I felt that they gave genuine, honest answers to my questions. I will be back (eventually).

Exactly the right vehicle
You had exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Test drive was welcome. However the salesman was too talkative, he should have given us the opportunity to quietly look at the vehicle. The amount you gave for our part exchange was very fair

Wouldn’t go any place else.

Can’t fault the service
Can’t fault the service, from initial enquiry, to test drive, to the sale, all went smoothly. Adam was excellent, straight forward and with none of the usual used car salesmen crap you deal with at other garages.
